I want to return my order but have had no response from the comoany whatsoever, despite repeated attempts. Obviously they're leaving me waiting so that the 30 day returns period passes. Awful

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with RANVOO.

I placed Order #7093 on 13 July because the website clearly advertised delivery to Ireland within 2–3 business days through EU FBA. By 18 July, the order had still not even been packed or dispatched, and the tracking showed no movement at all.

I contacted the seller asking for an explanation, but received no response. The advertised delivery time was the main reason I ordered directly from their website. Had I known the order would not even be shipped within that period, I would have ordered from Amazon or another retailer instead.

Perfect! Just purchased a 2026 Aice Lite Max Neck Air Conditioner and it’s great! Ranvoo sent a link for a step by step guide on how to install, the actual item does what it is supposed to do. You can have it set at whatever temperature you are comfortable with. I actually got this particular one as I struggle with maintaining my temperature so I wanted one that I can use in the winter too and this is just the ticket.
Had a problem initially with delivery but contacted Ranvoo and customer services got back to me within 24 hours and sorted it out straight away. I cannot fault them. Would recommend to everyone. What’s not to like. Fantastic company.

I purchaised a Ranvoo neck fan and it is wonderful I couldn't manage without it. Arrived within 3 days. No more worrying about the hot weather now. Customer services was quick to reply to my questions.

I just tried setting up the Ranvoo neck fan with the App. To say that was simple would be far fetched. After loading the App several times to get the firmware and software update, it did load. Now the setting are another experience. The settings allow you to choose C or F. I chose F. Unfortunately, the local weather on the App shows C. And also the display on the unit show C. Additionally, the fonts on the app are so large they run together like a Chinese puzzle. You can hardly dechiper the names, reminds of those apps that think your a bot and wants to read them almost sideways. App needs work from someone who understands how to tie the settings and the results of the settings together to make sense. Quality control person need to loose their job. Compliance personnel needs to lose their job. Price control person needs a serious pay cut. If the buck stops with the CEO, well, the bucks will stop flowing if he doesn’t get going because he’s only selling hot air to this red neck. So now my blood is boiling because of all this coying about cooling down when no one is around to fix about being more proactive when I’m so reactive to their them cooing my head when I’m laying in bed. If you love our dollars better listen to our hallows. Fix the fan so I can go get a tan. The end.

On this is a great air conditioner for your personal use. Why you're out and about? It is a hundred percent way Of keeping you very cool. Whilst you are out and about, I would definitely recommend this product

Honestly , the worst website to buy from because of their customer service support and they’ll give a false estimate delivery date , even one star they don’t deserve it but no zero star option.
