10/10 Colocation Service

I am a colocation customer with CentrixNodes, not my first stop for colocation but when making the switch it was definitely worth it. If you are looking for a provider who is reliable and actually here to help a customer out, checkout centrixnodes.

Before transferring over I was very nervous making a switch, started at single colocation orders. To now renting out a quarter cabinet for my personal hardware.

The team here is very responsive, and you can tell everyone is proud to be in their positions. Customer support is perfect, and everyone on the team has a purpose for their position.

Overall, the centrixnodes team and colocation service is great. Would continue to use centrixnodes on all my future expansion within my project!

Great service

Excellent hosting provider! Cheap prices, great server uptime, and the most friendly support staff I've dealt with. Highly recommend CentriXNodes for anyone needing a VPS or dedicated server. The CEO Tanek personally helped me out and you can tell he cares about the service.

Perm abuse and terrible staff

I was talking a text channel, and I was trying to dm someone and no one was answering and one of the executives had the dm's off so I can't dm unless I add them on discord and one of the executive times me out. I dm Richard to make a report against an executive and he said I had to wait until tickets are back up. Also, when I dm the owner he started saying I’m entitled and listen you are not entitled to anything. You are the only person taking this downtime this seriously when all of our other clients have more services than just bot hosting. While I do appreciate any client this does not entitle you to act the way you have been acting towards not only myself but my staff team. If you do not stop i will remove you from the discord. This is your only warning. Make a ticket when the tickets are up like everyone else and and I think your acting belligerent because your mad your bot is down and Again I will block you if you continue to cuss at me in my direct messages if you can't act respectful we will remove you from my place of business and end your ability to communicate with me and my staff. This isn't the first time you acted like this, and Nobody disrespected you. You disrespected my staff in client chat after they explained to you 4 times what was going on and yet you kept going. And go ahead we will just take screenshots and explain the situation like we did last time and doing the right thing you were acting belligerent to my team and other clients and that his executive team did nothing wrong. I dm Jaelen and he started saying I timed you out. Please stop going off at people in a public channel and going off on them when they are telling you to calm down. Report me I do not care but you are not going to disrespect other customers. We have told you multiple times. as stated prior please. We have not disrespected you at all. We just simply told you that this was planned a week ago. This move helps us make our systems more stable as the prior Chicago datacenter was very unstable and that network was out of our control. As stated before pay attention to the announcements channel and subscribe to our status page and also said No, That is how I treat people who are disrespectful to other people in my discord server like he owns the discord but he doesn’t and act like he does and he also said You are talking in a public discord channel. People are going to respond all they told you was to chill out and trying to relate to you and also said And I came back hostile, but you were the one attacking me? Wtf. This is the worst hosting company staff ever. Do not use them they treat their customer like crap and act like children and immature. Will be canceling my service and going somewhere else once their service is back online. There executive team an CEOs are a bunch of children and ban people from there discord. Do not use their services or ask for help. They treat people terribly. I have proof from DMs that the CEO and executive team treat people terribly.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We always strive to maintain a supportive, respectful, and stable environment for all of our clients, and we take all reports regarding staff interactions seriously.

We would like to clarify the events leading up to the termination of your account. Your services were permanently canceled because you were found to be running a malicious bot on our infrastructure. This is a severe and direct violation of our Terms of Service (TOS). We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding malicious software to ensure the safety, security, and performance of the network for all of our customers.

Regarding your interactions within our Discord community, our team communicated multiple times that the downtime was part of a planned migration away from an unstable datacenter an update that was announced well in advance to improve overall service stability. When our staff and other community members attempted to assist you and de-escalate the situation, they were met with hostility and profanity in both public channels and direct messages.

We welcome constructive feedback and are always happy to support our clients through proper channels, such as our ticketing system. However, we do not tolerate the abuse or harassment of our staff or other clients. The timeouts issued by our executive team were standard moderation actions taken to maintain a safe and respectful public environment after multiple warnings were ignored.

We stand by our team’s handling of this situation and our decision to enforce our Terms of Service. We consider this matter closed and wish you the best in finding a hosting provider that aligns with your needs.

Top notch sales and Ownership

As a ddos mitigation provider my company colocates with many different server providers. And I haven’t even started with them and thier response on the quote was amazing and acutely they understood what I was doing and looking to help me. I never had a sales chat and end up having them offer me an alternative that would make me pay less. Outstanding.

Overall Perfect

Honestly, i own multiple panels with this company. The Customer Service, the Panels, the Support, the Performance all out beats all other similar companies i have tried. The Chief Customer Officer, is amazing and i will 100% be staying with this company for the future!

best hosting ever

this hosting is really good because of the prices plus the staff are really quick at responding at tickets. i have been using this hosting for a long time now and there are rarely any problems.

Hosting services are not worth it

Hosting services are not worth it. Files on Linux OS are mostly corrupted. Spent more time attempting fix the OS to work on my projects. Firewall seems to be a big issue. Wasted a lot of time, and their refund policy sucks. I recommend looking else where or buying a cheap service before upgrading with Rapid Host.

Unfortunately, this review comes from two frustrated client(s) who failed to recognize the plan that they've purchased. In this case; the plan purchased happened to be the Starter Plan under the Budget VPS option using 2GB of RAM, alongside 2 vCPU Cores. This plan is intended for testing and basic development environments that are not deemed resource-heavy. This was not acknowledged by the client(s) after countless attempts to explain that the service of which they purchased is not intended for heavy tasks, and resulted in major forms of disrespect to our team members. Following the event, the client(s) were blacklisted from our service in complete (Support Tickets, Service Orders and more) due to threats of "doxing" members of our team and an attempt to release private information such as personal addresses, emails, phone numbers and more.

We stand by providing quality services and have had zero issues with any other clients in regards to performance, however this client did not once reach out to our team prior to help guide them to the best service plan for their needs, instead, they took matters into their own hands and ultimately harassed our team throughout the course of 3 tickets due to their mistake of not comprehending what our support team informed them of.

We encourage all potential customers to make a ticket if they're unsure what plan would work best, and try out the plan(s) that we recommend for your case of use to ensure the most optimal performance possible under any condition.

If you're unsatisfied with your service, we'll offer a full refund according to our Terms of Service and Policies in place.

Unfortunately, we don't recall you asking for a refund.
I reviewed your account, and it seems like you purchased a service, and within 10 minutes, you submitted a termination request for your service.

I opened a support ticket with you labeled "Important Information regarding your recent VPS Purchases" - Reference Number #OSA-095854 and asked the reason for the cancellation. There was no response or view of the support ticket I submitted to you.

Please acknowledge that we do not automatically refund payments if you submit a termination request; the refund request has to be made through a support ticket request, and we will then issue the refund. However, in this case, there was no reply or request to receive a refund.

Both of the services you've purchased from 04/24 - 04/28 were terminated almost instantly after purchase by you, so I'm not exactly sure what the intent was however you could've reached out to the ticket that you were notified via email on and personally asked for the refund, we would have had no issue doing this.
