Great Service
Goods arrived on the date they said, there was a delay but they kept me informed all the way through to delivery. Which is good, it also allowed me to decide if I wait or not.
We will see if anything goes wrong, what their customer service is like. All very positive at the moment. So 5 stars thanks great so far.

Very easy to chat via via their chat box.
My email order was dealt with very professionally by a very helpful salesman. The price quoted by him beat several quotes from other suppliers. I was given an ETA when in fact my item arrived much earlier than expected which was great. It was delivered by a Rapid van driven by a really nice driver.
This was a good experience and Rapid will be my go to firm for supplies in future.
