After a few years of honing our expertise, building valuable connections and private label, we took the leap to open a retail store in 2016 at the iconic Champlain Mall in Brossard, near Montreal, QC. We feel blessed that over the years our online presence and popularity kept growing at a steady pace to a point where our retail store was filled daily with packed online orders! Therefore, we made the difficult choice to close our flagship store to better focus on our ever-growing website and international demand. Thankfully, luck was smiling on us as this move was done right before COVID lockdowns hit us all, which would have made it impossible to fulfill orders! If you are new to RARE-T - Welcome - Here’s what you need to know - We specialize in custom, handcrafted frames and as such, they often require a certain lead time, like in many different ‘custom’ industries. That means we need you to be a little patient with us because we won’t ship you anything until it’s PERFECT. But rest assured, you can always see our delays for framing beforehand mentioned both in the product descriptions, and then in your order confirmation for reference - if unsure, don’t be shy, just contact us directly and we’ll confirm! AMERICA MADE! Our 20,000+ advertised products aren't pre-made or mass-produced abroad. For many reasons – such as strict quality control, conservation, and because they are collectibles – limited editions and quantities made available need to be monitored. All frame orders are hand-made by North American professionals framing experts. All of which is what makes our frames so beautiful, and so valuable. We are convinced that once you see it in person, you will get to appreciate the craftsmanship behind it, and will be back for more - Satisfaction guaranteed! Our goal is to create jaw breaking reactions and emotions for our customers, or their gift recipients, and make them members of the RARE-T family for life! In the extremely rare event that your frame arrives damaged, our customer service agents will help you all the way to getting your frame repaired at OUR cost, or if need be, fully replaced. Not to fear, we will never ignore or abandon you if a a bad luck scenario were to present itself. However, even our packaging is custom made to fully protect its content, and professionally prepared for a safe delivery, it would really require a careless delivery for it to happen. Either way, we are always here ready to assist you AND your packages are fully insured by us through whatever major courier was used for your area (FedEx, UPS, USPS, Purolator…) Since we are the Perfect Gift go-to place, for many of our customers, we have developed personalized gift e-cards that we can customize for you, for free, for you to gift out while your custom frame is being completed, in case you are pressed by time. The personal e-cards add to the anticipation without affecting the excitement, because when they do receive the actual frame, they’ll see the pictures never do the actual frames justice. Yes, that's how nice they are 😊 But if time is really too tight, no worries- just visit our "ready to ship" section, those items are IN STOCK (Not just frames but also accessories such as Gaming cards, Celebrity die-cast cars, Bar signs, Unframed Script etc) these can all be shipped as fast as within 24-72 business hours. (24 hrs these days) We offer a wide range of hand-signed collectibles certified by firms such as PSA/DNA, JSA, Beckett etc -the only third party authenticators we carry and those we trust, for their longevity, international recognition and undisputed reputation. Our Hand-Signed memorabilia always include the corresponding certificate number which can be verified directly on their respective sites(ex;PSA,JSA,Beckett) Sadly, we no longer accept incoming phone calls. The reason for this is that RARE-T now caters to an international audience, representing an overwhelming 38 different time zones, and countless languages. This is why all communications must be submitted in writing to allow every agent to read and research any communication history with the client, address his/her needs adequately, avoid any possible hearsay, while ensuring that we maintain the high level of service and efficiency we continually strive for.
