Uma experiência frustrante. Aderi a Rauva pelo conceito de empresa menos burocrática, ágil e com suporte, buscava algo fora do convencional para tratar dos assuntos da empresa numa única plataforma, tenho passado por muitos transtornos com a equipa de contabilidade, há erros nos cálculos dos recibos e isso impacta diretamente na incidência dos impostos e pagamentos de salários. Já não vou mencionar outros transtornos que tive desde o início, pois disseram-me que eu " criei expectativa", comprei um conceito e estou a lidar com outra proposta, esta é a minha avaliação nesse momento. Não recomendaria pela a aminha experiência.

A abertura da empresa foi rápida e simples, mas a experiência com o serviço ao longo do tempo não correspondeu às minhas expectativas. A equipa de suporte entrou em contato, mas as respostas foram apenas por compliance, sem soluções eficazes para os problemas apresentados. Por esse motivo, decidi cancelar o contrato e migrar para uma contabilidade tradicional em Portugal.

You can clearly see that every good review is from an "invited" person which questions if these reviews are true. Those which are not invited demonstrate the actual experience of Rauva. Our business was off-boarded from Rauva because of nefarious and false allegation by the CEO. We moved to Revolut and am very happy with them.

Great guidance from the Rauva team throughout the whole process of creating my company in Portugal. As a foreigner I have little to no knowledge about the process in Portugal and Rauva unburdened me completely. From pre-sales information to connecting with the Rauva accountant. If you want to focus on your business and have a partner that unburdens in the legal/formal stuff then Rauva is the place to go.

I found this to be an Excellent system providing every method for every situation. Easy to use and a pleasure to navigate. Congrats to the creators and the staff.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Rauva has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The platform setup was incredibly difficult and frustrating. Once we finally got set up, the service was even worse.

They unexpectedly blocked our account over a small transaction, and in doing so, they also locked us out of essential business functions like uploading receipts and communicating with our accountant. We were completely neglected and left in the dark, with no real support from their team. This unprofessionalism made it impossible to run our business.

The whole process has been traumatic and we're now in the process of moving our business to a new provider. I would strongly advise anyone considering Rauva to look elsewhere.

Edit: Bad advice from one of the accountants and the bookkeepers caused us a great deal of stress for 5+ months and nearly thousands of Euros.

If I had followed the recommendations to pay myself a full salary as the director, it would have cost me a ton, and I wasted a lot of time looking into liquidating the company based on the faulty consultations.

We thought we were having calls with a certified accountant, but it turned out to have only been with bookkeepers who shouldn't have been giving tax advice in the first place.

Only certified accountants registered with the Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados (OCC) are legally authorized to provide tax and accounting advice.

Why do Rauvas bookkeepers give tax advice? This is illegal and has caused so much trouble for us.

After sharing my concerns on the platform, we finally had a meeting with another certified tax accountant who pretty much said 100% of what we have been advised on is wrong, and the polar opposite is the case.

Worried about the sudden shift, I booked a consultation with an external tax attorney to confirm this is true.

I repeat: a bookkeeper is not legally allowed to give tax advice; this is a huge problem.

Apart from finally adding a professional to a call, no amendments have been made.

I would give the UX and platform 5 stars

I can only recommend everyone to have an eye on who is actually in the "accountant" meetings, or get your tax advisory somewhere else.

It's really a pity and I very much hope this will get better, because I do love the concept and setup of Rauva.

Es penoso el servicio que dan. Desde el pasado sábado y hoy es jueves, tengo un problema con mi cuenta bancaria que no me está dejando hacer transferencias internacionales.
Tengo a los proveedores preocupados. Me han dado incluso otras cuentas para poder ver de que sea un problema en sus cuentas.
Les he llegado a decir (RAUVA) que igual no es un problema de su banco si no del propio acceso mío a la app.
Cada vez que les envío información me dicen que cierran ese correo, por qué ya lo están mirando.
Sin hacer ni puñetero caso de mis observaciones.
Quiero pensar que no es un problema de liquidez de RAUVA.
Ya no se que pensar sinceramente. Me veo impotente ante está situación.

Rauva helped us open an LDA, and the process was efficient with smooth communication throughout. Whenever we had questions, needed assistance, or Rauva required additional documents or clarifications, everything was handled promptly.

We are also currently managing certain tasks on the platform. While the process can sometimes be slower than we expected (mostly due to Portuguese bureaucracy, I’d say), everyone remains very communicative and eager to help — which is the most important thing for us.

Anything can happen, but as long as everyone stays in touch, it’s the best way to get things done. I hope the rest of the process will be just as great as the beginning!
