I bought these for my husband who was convelessing from illness and unable to wear normal jeans. These were soft and comfortable and made him feel more normal being able to were something more like his everyday cloths.

Fast delivery. Chinos I bought was just far too tight on the legs ... It didn't say slim fit .. Not worth sending back for the price I paid . Will give the to the charity shop.

To review Raw Denim's product offering itself, they have a nice range of products at decent prices. I particularly like their "material belts" where there are no pre-cut holes and instead it goes through a tight woven material to allow you to adjust the belt size to exactly what size you want.

Orders are dispatched and arrive quickly. Customer support replies fast.

**OLD REVIEW BELOW FOR TRANSPARENCY** (Note that, since the below review was published, I was contacted by someone else at Raw Denim and they sorted out my issue succesfully. For personal opinion's sake, I would still order from this company in the future as they do have nice belts at good prices.)

OLD REVIEW:
Ordered a belt from this company via eBay. Item arrived and, at first, all was good. However, after only 4 months of use, part of the buckle loop fell of (leaving frayed scruffy edges behind as well), meaning I could no longer use the belt. I contacted Raw Denim, asking for a refund as, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the merchant is deemed automatically responsible for any defects within the first 6 months of purchase, with the burden to prove otherwise laying on them, and that a belt falling apart after only four months is neither fit for purpose, nor of reasonable quality, two things required by the Act.

However, the merchant continuously kept responding to my messages repeating their internal policy - "We don't accept returns after 30 days and only offer a warranty for 30 days". Despite me trying multiple times to explain to them that their internal policies DO NOT override the Consumer Rights Act Law protections in the UK, they just kept repeating their internal policy and refusing to engage in any form of conversation about a replacement/repair/refund as they are required to do so by law.

Fast delivery, and good quality jeans

I ordered a pair of jeans advertised on the website as “slim skinny fit”. What I received was clearly “super skinny fit”, which is a materially different cut and does not match the product description.
I raised this with customer service, explaining that my purchase was based on the description, not an internal item code. Despite multiple emails, they repeatedly dismissed this and insisted the item was “as per order” because the style number matched, which is irrelevant to the consumer.
They refused to acknowledge the misdescription and insisted I return the item at my own expense, treating it as a change-of-mind return rather than an item not as described, which is contrary to UK consumer law.
Very disappointing experience. Poor understanding of consumer rights and unwillingness to resolve a straightforward issue fairly. I would not shop here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

First time I've ordered clothing on line,I've tried to find camo in high street retailers but had no luck to find what I wanted to suit me by price and quality, so I bit the bullet as the cost of the item was good so I ordered and surprise I got the correct size and the quality was better than what I expected and fits me perfectly,I will order other items in the other patterns and colour.however the only niggle I have was a small hole in the left pocket lining had a small hole which was soted with a bit of sticking. Definitely would recommend well done Raw denim.
