Rawkanvas are the best products I've ever used! They do everything they say they will. I've been using them for a couple of years now and my skin has never felt or looked better.
Simona is amazing at tailoring a skin care routine to suit your skin type and lifestyle. I also love the rewards system and free products with each top up over a certain amounrt!

Love love love Rawkanvas products! I started using their products 3 years ago before I got married as I wanted a good skin care routine to have good skin on the day and it exceeded my expectations! And I’m still a fan and using them everyday.

I have never had a bad experience with this company. The products smell and look beautiful, and they work! I credit their limelight moisturiser with helping to clear my hormonal breakouts. The team also really care about their customer base which I love!!

Their skincare is excellent quality and my sensitive skin loves it. The skincare feels luxe too, with its bright colours and lovely natural smells.

Great customer service too if you have any questions. Parcels arrive in NZ quickly and with tracking.

I suffer from rosacea, combined with dry and aging skin that reacts to most products I've tried in the last few years (have tried so many), I have found Rawkanvas to be an absolutely godsend for my skin. It dosnt agrivate my skin, and my skin feels so soft and hydrated almost like I'm in my 20s again (I'm mid 40s). Products are slightly on the more expensive side but in my opinion 1000x worth it. I won't buy another brand of skincare even if desperate and running low on product. Love the personalised responses to questions from Simona.

I’ve been using rawkanvas for probably about 4 years. I adore the scents, the bottles, the texture and how much my skin has looked. Highly recommend if you want to look forward to a self care routine instead of feeling like skincare is a chore. I recently purchased a mini set as a present and received some very helpful emails to show me how to use the products, when, how much and when to expect results. I thought this was brilliant for newbies and a great way to educate customers on how to use the products successfully

I’ve been using Raw Kanvas for 5 years now and I haven’t looked back. The eternal serum is literally Botox in a bottle. I really love the cleanser and moisturiser too. My skin feels clean after using the cleanser but not stripped and dry like others in the market. Then using Luna at night my skin is hydrated and smooth. My skin feels silky and I have t had a breakout in years. Everytime I switch something to another brand I get breakouts and going back to rawkanvas clears me up again.

The customer service is fantastic too, I often am emailed by the founder when I need to make contact and I’m really grateful for the education emails. I not only have great skin but an understanding of what I’m using and why.

My partner has been using these for years and wondered why they didn't last as long and she caught me using them so I finally told her I'd been using them with her for years. Now I get my own set. The yellow cream Luna is great for men and purified cleanser. Nice and simple routine routine and easy to use. I ordered some for my partners birthday and they even threw in some extra gifts and a card. Great service

I placed my first order today, I had received a promotional email with discount codes.

It did not state there were any exclusions.

I added what I wanted to purchase to my cart, applied the discount code and checked out. Payment was taken and order confirmation received.

I then after receiving the order confirmation, received an automated email saying my order had been cancelled and refunded.

When I emailed to find out why I was told that it was because the discount code I used, provided to me by them in their promo email, with no exclusions, should not have been able to be applied to what I had ordered, an error at their end and instead of contacting me first they simply cancelled the order.

Whilst they then did apologize, and acknowledge it was their mistake, only after I made contact about the order, the order should have been honored and they should have at least contacted me first before simply cancelling the order and refunding it and only advising me why after I emailed them.

This came across as them simply avoiding honoring the order already processed and paid for.

I would not recommend ordering from this company after this experience.

Disappointing first time experience with this company.

Response to Rawkanvas: I simply added the product to cart. I would not expect to look for terms and conditions when doing so, having already checked these in the promotional email you sent with the discount codes before using, which had no exclusions specified.

What actually makes it worse is whilst in ‘appearing’ to make an apology, you then shift the fault onto the customer when it clearly was not anything to do with the customer.

Certainly provides a clear insight into how you handle resolution and accountability.

Mistakes happen, it is how they are handled that makes all the difference.

I've been using rawkanvas for 4 years and it has really helped my breakouts. I get the odd hormonal breakout but it goes away fast. my favourite Sol moisturiser and refined mask which I put on my breakouts has been out of stock for a few months but now it's back

The products smell fantastic and look cute. Custiner service was great. I had a broken bottle and they sent me a new one. The products felt lovely, but I am only giving 3 stars because over 6 months I had not improvement. I think it's great is you already have great skin rather than mature skin that needs repair.

I have used Rawkanvas for 8 years, it's the best skincare ever!
Every time I try a different skincare I regret it. My skin is so happy and healthy with Rawkanvas and my fine lines always stay away whilst I use Eternal and appear when I stop using it.

Rawkanvas products are not only a stunning addition to your bathroom because of their colors but the feel and scents that is developed from these products is amazing. I highly recommend, Rawkanvas, I love Harmony, Purified, Limelight, Epiphany, foundation and the body products too. The red wine mask is powerful and not for the faint of heart. My skin has never been better.
