RAW appear to have lost sight of the user experience in relation to their products.

1) The rolling papers no longer stick.

2) The roach cardboard provided is now of much lower quality, far flimsier. They have new perforations the idea being perhaps to allow the consumer to trim the cardboard as required, but the flimsiness makes them unusable.

3) At the same the outer packaging has been laminated, a marketeers idea perhaps, thus making it unusable as roach material in an emergency

4) The individual roach packs they sell have been notably reduced in size. Not the end of the world but very obvious for anyone using their products

5) Trying to contact Rawthentic.com raises a Windows alert as an unsafe site

Last year they were UK market leaders in my view. This year I'm short calling as they have obviously lost the plot. There are plenty of better products available

RAW rizla are the WORST rizla in the world!!!! They don't stick, emailed RAW and never received a reply. Messaged them on social media - no reply. These rizla have to be dunked in a bucket of water first to have any chance of sticking. It's ridiculous. A company as well known as they are produce the worst product known to man. Absolutely terrible.

OCB are the BEST BY FAR!! Love OCB rizla. They are perfect. I hate thinking about the amount of money I've wasted on RAW rizla and the money I've lost because of the contents falling out.

RAW - USE PROPER ACACIA GUM NOT A CRAPPY STRIP OF PRIT STICK!!!

terrible, no stick, weird problems you wouldnt expect, theyll just ruin your day with how bad the quality is

I bought two packs of the 300s the first few had glue the rest didn't opened the new pack later I smoke allot of flower and wasted allot I rolled two in the new pack garbage I've been trying to contact them and nothing

Rollers made of plastic. Roller pin broke after about twenty uses
