The proxy quality is terrible
The proxy quality is terrible; connecting to all websites is very slow. The customer support team was almost completely ineffective throughout the month I rented the proxy.
From the time I purchased it until the expiration date, I couldn't use it and received no helpful support or resolution regarding the proxy quality issue!

The proxy speed was very slow
The proxy speed was very slow, and when asked to check and resolve the issue,
they only responded irresponsibly that their proxy was working normally, even though it was very weak and unusable.

Price is good, customer support non responsive
Price is good, but I have a technical issue and emailed the support address on 15th December and have not had a response.
The page for Rotating DC lets you configure a command for geolocation, including a long list of countries. I trusted this, and purchased a good amount of bandwidth, but I'm getting an error with every request that's geolocated to the UK. I'm starting to think they've sold a product they can't provide and are now ignoring emails to not have to resolve the issue. The only geolocation I can see working is within the USA, which isn't what's advertised.
I've tried using their support pages for geolocation, but they return a "The page you were looking for doesn't exist.", unfortunately a massive red flag a company isn't reliable if they can't maintain their own support pages.

I also want to clarify something important: our Rotating DC proxies are currently only available in the US and do not support country geolocation at this time. You’re absolutely right that the dashboard UI can make it look like geo-targeting is available — that’s confusing, and we’re actively working on fixing those UI elements.
We really appreciate you calling this out. I’m going to look into why your ticket wasn’t answered and I’ll personally follow up with you to make this right.
