The engineer arrived on time, and before entering into the house changed into indoor soft shoes to avoid bringing any dirt inside. They worked cleanly and efficiently on the job, and projected a friendly and approachable manner throughout. At the end they took time to run through various options for boiler cover, but there was no hard sale involved.

We have a service plan with RB Poolman. We were able to have a visit by an engineer on the same day the fault with the boiler arose. The engineer was very professional and helpful - as all the staff are at RB Poolman. The fault was remedied and no issues have arisen since. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

The owner came out to checkout my system for a quote for a new boiler and got my old boiler going again free of change, although only limping along, until I could get it replaced, so I had heating and hot water.

I asked poolman to buy and fit a radiator and sent them a picture of a radiator in another room for the look I wanted, along with dimensions of the current one.
They did everything else.

Very happy from start to finish of installing new radiator. The blumber was polite and friendly. Everything was tidied and he hoovered up after.

The Engineer turned up as promised within the time
specified. Good pleasant manner,went through the problems with myself and then progressed to a point where some parts would have to be ordered and agreed that the boiler could continue working in a safe manner until the coming maintenance programme in 3-4 weeks time.
