It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Ryan listened to our issues and gave us clear advice. There was only a two-week wait for our new boiler to be fitted. The engineers were polite and worked quickly and cleanly - left the house cleaner than they found it. The ladies in the office are concerned to make sure we are happy too. We shall definitely use this company for our central heating needs in future.

I needed a new boiler and a friend recommended R B Poolman who gave me a very fair quote. The new boiler was installed very promptly and the engineer who fitted it was extremely good in every way. I have recently had the annual boiler check with no problems and taken out a boiler plan. From the staff in the office to the engineers they all get five stars from me.

I have very recently had RB Poolman do a boiler upgrade and received an outstanding service from start to completion.
From making an enquiry via the website the response time was very quick. A special mention of Max who installed our new boiler who was exceptional. Max worked constantly throughout the day starting at 08:15 and refused to leave until the job was completed to a very high standard, finally finishing at 19:45. I also recommend RP Poolman to a friend who has also had some works done at the same time, who has also been very impressed with the professional service. I have had many years experiences of similar companies and can honestly say none of those come anywhere close.

Again and again this team sorts all of our plumbing issues out. From major work to put exposed pipes into a wall to radiators, new sinks and bathroom leaks, RB Poolman have sorted it. Not only that, but every person who turns up is polite and nice and each one is really professional. I totally recommend them.

I would just like to thank the engineer (Liam) for his excellent work. He arrived promptly and worked non stop throughout the whole day without any lunch break until both jobs were finished. He was was a very likeable young chap and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing. I know nothing about plumbing but he took the time to explain everything in easy bite size chunks. I fully recommend this company and will definitely use it again :)

Engineer came to do routine service, was polite and very helpful as I had my dog on Lead so there was no chance of him getting near the engineer, he said I shall put I dot here for signature as my dog would start barking everytime he seen the engineer. Everything was kept clean and tidy no mess left.

We had to get our combination shower/bath tap cartridge replaced as it was leaking. Great job done without any fuss by a nice chap and everything left clean and tidy.
