Professional Service
Professional service with the video walk round, telling me what was fine and what needed replacing in time. Car valeted and all turned around really quickly in the morning for me - fantastic all round!

Freestanding Fastlock shelves
The freestanding Fastlock shelves arrived promptly, the installation instructions were effective and to the point, the construction took a little care, but went to plan, and the product is solid and works well.
Thanks to RB for a good experience. I would happily do business with you again.

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery. I bought uprights and larger brackets from Screwfix and needed 50@ 170mm brackets. Even though the picture on the website of the hooking on end looks different it was all good when they came. Well happy with the price too.

Easy to assemble and great to use
I bought 4 of the Freestanding FastLok RB Boss shelving units (1800x900x450mm) and they are fantastic. They are very easy to put up and the shelving is simple to adjust if you want to change the height on any level, you don't need to pull it all apart, just change the shelf you want. Delivery was quick and the service received was great. These helped organise a very cluttered garage.

Hi Lesley. Thanks so much for both your order and leaving a review. We are aware of the issue with showing VAT as part of our pricing or at least warning customers so that they don't get a surprise. We are currently redeveloping our website and this feature is on the shopping list. I will endeavour to add a note to all product pages in the meantime which informs customers that the price doesn't include VAT. Thanks again Lesley. i hope that you'll purchase from us again. Best regards, Jon Askil - RBUK
