I needed help with unused warranty…
I needed help with unused warranty refunds and an associate in the Orem store, wish I knew her name, was great to teach me about what to do. Then I called the extended warranty dept and Devin helped me get them figured out. Today when the email came, I also talked to Emily, and then Susana, so it took a few people to get it sorted out, but I was treated well by all.
And it is all figured out and taken care of! I thought the customer service was excellent! Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback. We generally are unable to offer same day pickup at our store locations as we don't keep every item in stock at our stores. However, you can sometimes have an item picked up on the same day at one of our distribution center locations.
Sideboard fell apart when moving it.
Moved the Sideboard up the stairs, and one door fell off, the screw holes where stripped and the wood split where they where attached. The other door split as it was only glued together, and it lost a piece. Finally the Magnetic Fastners that where on the left top side that the door connects with were missing. only bare nails are sticking out, bit scary to put your hand up there.

Not only was he friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, but he literally drove 60 miles to our home to swap out appliance handles so everything would be perfect. That kind of customer care is rare, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Five stars all the way.

Pick up side chair to assemble at home.
I received the chair at the pick up area in Orem. At first I thought I was picking up an assembled chair, but was given a armful of parts. No problem, but the service agent seemed to be distracted and anxious to leave. Not my usual RC Willey experience. But after assembling the chair at home, I love it! Thanks.

Pickup order had damaged packaging and was clearly used
Came to pick up purchase tonight and it was clearly used and the packaging was torn and partially covering the product. There is no way I am risking it with a clearly used product. Now I must wait for two days to come back to pick up a replacement. I am not happy about my time and resources that were wasted.

Table Lamp
I was looking for a tall table lamp approximately 28 to 30 inches tall. I had searched other businesses and didn't find what I was looking for. When I checked RC Willey I found a lamp that was 30 inches high that was perfect for my home. The price was also reasonable.

Great customer service as always. I love Rc Willey. They always have what I need.
