I was very lucky when I walked inside RC Willey Elk Grove to have met Cassie Townsend. I was looking for a new Mattress to replace a defective Mattress that I had purchased at RC Willey. Cassie was not only very helpful in helping me with my replacement purchase. But also the purchase of an adjustable base for the Mattress to make my nights more comfortable and read or watch TV in bed ,etc. Cassie even got back to me by text on Sunday and her day off concerning my order. She is totally awesome and RC Willey is so very lucky to have her as a Sales Associate #27990. Because of her I will be returning to RC Willey for all my needs that RC Willey has to offer. Lazy workers.
Came because I had an online order pickup which was just a pillow. I go to customer service they send me to will call. I call over and over and just keep getting hung up on. I go inside to the will call office and they direct me SOMEWHERE ELSE. All for a damn freaking pillow. I had to run in circles all around the store just to finally go to customer service so they could call will call up to bring me my damn pillow. Had I known it’d be such a hassle I wouldve just not done an order pick up! None of the workers wanted to help me nor did anyone care to actually just get the simple task of getting a pillow done.
