RC Willey - Sacramento / Elk Grove Reviews 

I thought RC Willey was a reputable business, which is why I spent over $ 3,000 on a desk for my den. I am shocked about the absolutely Horrible customer service I am receiving. My desk was suppose to be delivered Aug 3rd but there someone pulled the wrong desk. New date was Aug 10th. Now they say the correct desk was pulled but the wrong hutch. My new date is suppose to be the 17th. I called to get it sooner because I am leaving town the 17th. I was told they would call me back by 7pm and no call from customer service. This is ridiculous!!!

I went into the store and found a loveseat in the clearance department I was interested in. I noted the measurements and went home to make sure it would fit in my space. I returned a couple of days later to purchase it. I was then told by a salesperson I’d have to pick up the loveseat myself. She said I had to spend $1,000 or more in the clearance department before delivery would be offered. This was despite the fact that on on-line advertisement offered free delivery for a year after an initial payment of $99. I became really annoyed when she kept saying that’s just the way it is, no exceptions. And instead of saying she’d call a manager over for me, she walked away. I went to the cashier and asked to speak to a manager. Dustin was very helpful, he explained the policy and then proceeded to waive the requirement. I’ve shopped at RC Willey before and now I will continue to do so because of employees like him.

Bought a sectional reclining couch. Everyone including manager was very rude. Sales associate never mentioned about the warranty we could have bought. Couch defect. Loved RC Willey but will never buy from them again.

3 times we’re ordered and they’re always have something reason like the warehouse too far in Utah or some damage when shipping….. and the last time they just canceled….. is unprofessional working with RC Willey.

I was in the market for a sectional couch and wanted it to be from a retailer known for home furnishings. RC Willy was the first place that popped in my head, and that’s where I went. I stopped into the Delta Shores RC Willy located close by my house and was pleasantly greeted by Maureen Shareef. She showed me around and got me exactly what I needed. Everyone in the store is extremely helpful and friendly. I was in a rush and accidentally ordered the wrong facing of the chaise on my set and Maureen was able to fix it right over the phone saving me time and the hassle of driving back out to the store. Setting up delivery was a breeze and I was able to buy 7 years of protection for my furniture investment. I will definitely be back to buy more furniture items from Maureen.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the shipping being so expensive for out of area shoppers.

Every purchase, every interaction and every visit has been so easily managed. We just furnished three rooms in our home and RC Willey had everything we needed at the right price. They're delivery program makes it so easy and they're great about placing your purchases exactly where you want them. Highly recommend for your next interior or exterior home decor needs.

The gentlemen that brought our range to the car and loaded it up was very polite and informed me I could bring in my old one to be recycled. I didn’t know that and very much appreciated it. Then when I dropped off the old one they were great again. Thank you!!

I vowed never to buy from this establishment months ago after a debacle surrounding a major purchase of a sectional sofa. Unfortunately the resolution left a credit on the books. Having no desire to leave money on the table we decided to put it towards a dishwashe 4/18/23. We paid for installation and the item arrived 4/25/2. After about 60 minutes the installer said the washer was defective and he could do nothing more. He picked up his tool box and walked out. I assumed he would return with further explanation; wrong, he was long gone. No dishwasher and the old one JenAir which still worked was gone in the back of his truck. Needless to say, I was not happy again. After several angry telephone calls I was told the situation would be corrected, Yesterday, they tried again. So far the dishwasher does not leak and has not flipped a circuit breaker. Never Again!!
