Puts convicted rapists in mixed gendered houses, gives them endless second chances and property transfers due to their probation conditions requiring them to be housed. I am 22yo, visibly queer with 0 criminal convictions, and they moved me into their property on Ridgemount street because I smoked a weed joint. They told me I was moved closer to the four pillars office so they could "help" me more.

Here I was offered crack immediately. Told my next door neighbour brags about raping two women. Prostitues came in and out, and there was shouting all hours of the day. I was the only one there under the age of 40. I was verbally assaulted on my first night. A bigger angry man twice my age with history of fighting police (who also knew my room code due to reactiv8's mistake), was banging on my door and would'nt leave. This was because reactiv8 put us in eachother's rooms by mistake and switched them whilst we were out.

I tried to deescalate but there was a language barrier and he was intoxicated. He had done the same to someone at my previous property and staff refused to even tell me if he was moving with me. Me and my partner (who's only 20), barricaded the door, locked ourselves in the bathroom and attempted to get security. We were shaking. No staff came until the next day (for a completely different issue) where they still didn't take me seriously. Therefore I relapsed self-harming despite being clean for many months. The man was spoken to but faced no real repercussions.

Then reactivate kicked me out for having my partner overnight (despite them knowing I would have tried to kill myself in that house without him). I have a history of attempts requiring hospital treatment and they know this. They assured me they would help me find a place to move to before I was evicted but they didn't at all. Luckily the council helped me and every other supported accom I looked at was miles ahead of reactive8.

I was with this company almost 2 years and I don't know one client with a positive view of them. I do know countless incidents of people committing dangerous and antisocial acts in these houses, and not facing a fraction of the consequences I have. There's more to be said about both staff and double standards but I want to refrain from throwing people under the bus at this time.

Ps: Shout out to the staff member who said "well it's been a hard day for all of us" when I was struggling moving from the first property to the crackden. If you don't laugh you'll cry.

Where do i begin to start with this company. The staff here in Bedford are out of touch with reality, no support from them whatsoever, The house is riff with drug addicts. The security they hire are an agencey and has no clue .
I dont rate this company a one star..Only just this past month we had a suicide in the house because of the drugs....nothing was done .
Their policies are nothing to read about....
This company has been reported to the police, Bedford Housing department.
Please dont let your family any where near this place because you wont get the support that they need

Horrific company. The houses are beyond disgusting. My 20 year old nephew lived in their property and staff were horrific to him. Bullied him behind anything. He was on road to recovery till he went to this god forsaken company.
The boss will cover up for all her staff when they do wrong and will not assess any risks or safeguarding.
