This was my first time buying a replacement toner for the starter toner cartridges on our Canon color laser printer. Hence, it took us 2 hours to wade through the reviews & learn that we either paid $300-plus from Canon directly or took our chances with overseas vendors. So we were happy to find Ready Toner close to home & still saved over half the price of actual Canon cartridges with swift delivery time! The toner cartridges were easy to load into our printer and so far, they work smoothly & the printouts are crisp & bright - what a relief!

I purchased a 5-pack of cartridges for the HP LaserJet Pro MFP 3301 (3 color cartridges-C, Y and M and 2 black-K). The first replacement of the black went well but I did not get the long life promised for a 218X. The color cartridges did not work at all following the instructions for chip replacement. This was frustrating for me. But one thing I could always count on was the quick response from their Customer service. They are standing behind their products and I will have a chance to see if the quality is as good as they say. (Hoping my first try was a fluke.)

I feel like I was tricked into buying a knock off printer cartridge. I thought I was buying an authentic Brother ink cartridge and they were not. I paid a lot of money and now it isn't working properly. I am disappointed.

Toner arrived very timely. So far they work perfectly. Thank you for providing cartridges that are not exhorbantly priced like the oem.

Love the savings on Hp compatible cartridges. It was easy to remove the chip from the HP original cartridge and put it in the refurbished one. Works great and saves so much money!

They actually called me personally to tell me about a delay, which I thought was A+ service

The shipment took entirely too long to get to the office. You claim overnight shipping, but it took two weeks to get to us.

I initially had an issue with the toner I ordered. I reached out, they sent new toner over to me and works perfectly well now. Thanks for the response and resolution!

***Update***
First of all, great customer service. ReadyToner reached out immediately and we solved some issues. The cartridge is performing better with a little use, and more understanding of the non-OEM limitations. Therefore, I revise my review, and retract my 1-star rating!

This toner cartridge is not working out. I was excited that it was half the cost of OEM cartridges. I wasnt really bothered that I had to do some work to remove and install a chip to make it work. However, the cartridge is not performing. The printer does not recognize it as a new cartridge, and print quality is like it is running out of ink with a brand new cartridge.

First time experience, i'm hesitant to try again.

Excellent choice of toner options. Shipped in less than three days and arrived in less than a week.

Advertising as original Brother printer toner, received a knock off instead. Buyer beware of this place practice.
