Just don’t ask to return anything
I’m having trouble getting a refund for a returned product. (A hat, never worn, for my husband but he didn’t like the fit). I had to file a complaint with PayPal and BBB. The cases are still pending. Owner, Stuart, never replied to my emails or phone messages. I sent the hat back and USPS tracking said it was delivered a few days later. Yet, I still received no acknowledgment from the owner or company, and none of my several phone messages nor emails were ever answered or replied to. I believe RealIrish.com is one guy running the business from his home, and, apparently, has no qualms screwing people. Definitely not an up and up business IMHO.
