Product and customer service is top notch. I trust them. I know mushroom experts that have recommended them because of the process they use is best for maximum efficacy.

They never ever reply to my emails, never! I sent some products back, still waiting for the refund.

Constant communication with the website and myself was fantastic! It was my first time in trying this product and I had many questions. I believed in the product and ordered from them. It wasm't until then that I found out about the prescription medicem warning that was on the bottle. I immediately asked for a refund and they sent me the refund the very next day. They were cooperative, honest, and forthcoming with me. No company or website has ever treated me like that.
Even though I was not able to use the product, I commend them on how they treat their customers and how they believe in their product.

I have tried other mushroom products but this one by far is the best one I've used. We have been using Real Mushrooms for several years now and even my dogs get the 5 defenders, Lion's mane and additional Turkey tail if/when necessary (like when my pup was fighting cancer). My only disappointment is the horrible packaging for the powder versions that I was using for my dogs. Very difficult to get it all out and very messy. I no longer buy the powder version in the pouch because of it and just open up the capsules. I (and others) have complained about it but they don't seem to care. My dogs also don't like the Daily Dawg supplement, and one actually threw up whenever I gave it to him. Not sure why but we will just stick to the mushrooms we know work. The customer service is always friendly and helpful too.

Meeeh! Nothing special. I was used it for 3-4 months, no effect at all.

As a lab technician with access to a spectrophotometer, I thought I'd buy your listed "Lions Mane Mushroom Formula" product for analysis.

No wonder you haven't got any laboratory accreditation on the packaging or "lack of" data sheet for its purity content as its negligible!

As a professional, I'd personally stay as far away from this product as humanly possible.

11.5% Unknown compounds
&
10% Modified Mycelium (multiple variants)

This comes as no shock as everything I have tested so far off of the tiktok shops and various linked online sites via tiktok influencers claiming to be the best and highest concentration of a vitamin supplement, ADHD, PTSD wonder cures and pretty much all other "miracle health benifit supplements.
Have all yielded the same results.
You're getting nothing.

The CBD patches and oil off of tiktok shop are the only other thing that has actually beaten how bad this products" listed contents" are.
They contain 0.08% of the cannabidiol (CBD) and actually contain 34.5% (+/- 6%) of the Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)
Amongst 101+ chemical fillers.

Do yourself all a favour and please research the product your buying as 9.9/10 it's going to be a fake product if purchased off or through the tiktok shop or any random not main stream medical supplier website.

I purchased from Real Mushroom back in July 2024 I ordered the
5 defenders 200capsule . I received my order quickly & the product was perfect had no damage. I feel I have less brain fog since I started this product. The product & the customer service with this company is Top Notch 10 out 5 stars!!
They resolved my billing issue (accidental subscription) within 1 day!!
I would definitely recommend this product & this company!!!

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the customer service and follow-up regarding my order . I placed this order early in June and received an email on June 7th stating that my products were on backorder and that I had three options: a refund, a replacement, or a different product. I responded the same day, choosing the powder form since it was needed urgently for my pet.

I received the shipment on June 15th, only to find that the order was incomplete. Additionally, the products that were sent have an expiration date of June of this year. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable.

I sent an email immediately after receiving the order but have not received any response. This experience feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, which is very disappointing.

I have tried Real Mushrooms over last 3 months and find they have helped with gut issues, brain fog, immune system problems and stopped my recurring lung problems. Think I've been getting sick over last few years due to so much pollution, stress and inability to sleep. No more colds, flu or respiratory difficulties since taking Turkey Tail and Cordyceps from Real Mushrooms. It's been wonderful to finally find a quality medicinal mushroom that does what it says it does..

I've been using Real mushrooms Turkey tail, Reishi, Chaga and Cordyceps for years now and have helped me tremendously. Haven't been sick since 2019. High quality extract with no grains or fillers. Cordyceps tastes like crap but that's how it tastes, it's normal...lol

Pissed off… they claim to be a “Canadian based” company however after “checking out” you’re billed in American funds as well as having to pay import fees. No transparency whatsoever, unfortunately I will never purchase anything from this company again because of their lack of transparency.
One simple item ended up costing me more than $70.00 when all was said and done, Amazon is clearly cheaper but I thought I was supporting local so I ordered direct from their website, won’t ever do that again!!!

So far it’s better than Host Defense and Nutriflair
