I've been in this community for only one day so far but I love the amount of support this community has for each other. Also the amount of resources the creators left for us is spectacular. I will be looking forward to learn more about Wholesaling more.

Real venture, has helped me learn the art of being a middle man, I would say this is the best business model ever. Being a middle man in the real state side it’s perfect. Additionally real venture covers every aspect you need to now when it comes to wholesaling and also has a team support. I love them.

Everyone in the community is really welcoming and helpful, there's always someone available to answer any questions you may have. As long as u put consistent time in and apply all the advice and knowledge, it's an amazing investment!!

I’ve been in the program for 3-4ish days now. The amount of information that this course provides really does set you up for success like no other. The training is super in depth and coaches are ALWAYS available to help whenever you have a question. I can’t thank these guys enough for passing their knowledge on in what i believe is the best way possible.

Really helpful and informative. William and his team provides very professional advices as well as help guidance when you are stuck on something. You would never feel stuck on something without getting it resolve, because that just how efficient his team is. You throw in a question, they answer. What I love about this is how they actually took their time to show up for live calls and walk you through some deals, answer questions and show you how it's done. No questions go unanswered. Definitely worth the money to be honest, u get a great community, mentor and tools to help get you started.

I've been a member of Real Venture for about a week now and it's already been worth it. The live calls are the standout — multiple sessions a week where you can actually ask questions and get real answers instead of generic advice, which made the learning curve for wholesaling way less intimidating right out of the gate.

The community has been just as valuable as the coaching. There's a real sense of people actively working deals together, not just lurking, and that's kept me motivated instead of getting stuck in my head about where to start.

Support has been responsive too — when I've had questions, someone's actually there to help me work through it rather than leaving me to figure it out alone.

Early days, but if you're looking to break into real estate wholesaling with real structure and people who'll back you up, this has been a strong start.
