Really disappointed
Really disappointed in Baker and in the store itself. Ordered some wrist wraps 5 weeks ago, they ‘claimed’ they sent it out to Royal Mail but fast forward to today and it still hasn’t been received by the courier. Emailed three separate email addresses for an update and been completely ignored. Tried to message Baker on insta and also ignored.
Don’t bother ordering from here unless you want to just give your money away.

Insanely disappointed in Baker (gymreaper) for scamming people with this company.. I ordered on the 4th of August and after 2 weeks of no emails or update on my order I emailed them and no response.. after 3 weeks I emailed them again and that I would like a refund because no customer support to be found and it’s insane that it’s been a month now and I haven’t heard anything. Don’t buy from this place. It’s a huge scam and we need to stop people like this from robbing people with no punishment.

Save your money and time
If I could give this buisness a negative review I would. They're actually robbing people. The only updates they put out was through their Instagram post about the delays and countless post saying "shipping today" & "you'll get yours soon", no official communication for people who placed orders via email or anything else.
I placed my order on 19/07/2025 and still haven't received anything, no product or tracking informatin. Not even an email to update about the delays.
I've tried to contact them multiple times on Instagram and their support email and the only time I had a response was when I threatened to do a chargeback. Multiple people have left comments on their posts saying their in the same position and I've also left public comments which have been swiftly deleted. I do not recommend engaging with this business at all, save your money!
I've now gone to my bank to reclaim my money via a charge back, I'm fed up with dealing with this terrible customer service.

Made two orders six weeks ago haven’t received nothing I paid for. No reply to any emails I sent. Absolutely no contact at all. straight robbery!!!
Commented on some of his TikTok videos and other people have got back to me saying they haven’t received their order either. Don’t trust…
