Rebaid 

I used rebaid to get christmas gifts for my children and granddaughter. I should have gotten a refund 35 days after purchase. It is now almost February. Should have recieved refund by early January. The company will.not even message me back. Now it says on my page they are closing down. Don't trust these people. I have little money and they owe me almost 200 dollars and will not pay me or even respond to me. Very sad.

For the first three years, I used the site, it was good. I was given my rebate money in a timely manner. However, over the last several months it has gone completely off the rails. They didn’t send me my rebate check, didn’t respond to my numerous support requests, etc. Now I see on their site that they are closing and they have an excuse for it, but they don’t explain why their customer service was so bad so suddenly. They owe me hundreds of dollars that I will probably never see a penny of.

It was great the products I was able to get at super discount or sometimes free. However, the site has changed drastically. The "buy in" is terrible. The Buy it on Rebaid offers require 4 or a hefty shipping fee. You don't buy directly from Amazon, etc., much any more.And..... biggest of all..... it seems they are really getting slopping about cash back procedures. I'd love to see them get it all straightened out and even back to their original method of offering cash back products.

DO NOT USE! Rebaid used to be a great, trustworthy site. Then they started delaying payments. They owe me hundreds of dollars and have become unresponsive.

I've used them for years without issues, customer service was always slow, but they got around to it. Now they're actively scamming everyone. I'm missing deposits dating back to October, now totalling $880. They deleted part of my order history, so I wouldn't notice the missing money, luckily I keep a spreadsheet. Customer service never responds now. I would highly recommend filling a claim with the BBB, then with AG and FTC, and small claims court if the amount is significant.

This website used to be great. Now they are suddenly complete scammers who refuse to respond to emails and steal hundreds or dollars with bounced checks and are not transparent with their new system! Would sue them for theft If I could.

As others have stated, they used to be great to work with and paid out with no issues. My most recent rebate check bounced and they have not answered correspondence, and I have more money tied up in it that they owe me still. I will update if they pay out

I have been using Rebaid for years, with no issue. However, within the past few months, their payments were delayed, missing, and incorrect. Up until the end of November, they responded and eventually fixed the payments HOWEVER, since then they have quit sending payments and quit responding. I now have over $350 dollars owed me. Not to mention, that they deleted the evidence of 10 of my rebates off of their site! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, especially after seeing all of the other people having the same problems.

Rebaid was once my favorite among several deal groups. But something is wrong with the company now. They haven't made any payments since October 2025. And they do not answer emails anymore. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Used to be good. Now a total scam. No payments sent since mid October. No response from customer service. They are just trying to take your money. I lost almost $1000

I used to have a decent experience with Rebaid until late 2025. Payments did not match up with the withdrawals listed on the site. There is no way to request payment data and the site is horribly disorganized. No response to tickets. I'm also now missing payments as well as my last ones being mismatched with rebate amounts listed. I will no longer use this site.

Payments no longer being made. More than a month since I requested my latest claim. The previous check bounced. Sad, because they were great up to now. They don’t even reply to emails anymore. You cannot recover the trust once you break it. DON’T TRUST THEM!

I have over $500 tied up with them and can't get any response and my bank deposits are all missing. PLEASE be cautious. The site was fine for the first 4 years. Now, it's a major gamble. I filed with the BBB and now I have to file with my state attorney general to get my money back

Started off being good with helpful customer service. Now, I am missing over $100 in rebates and have sent out numerous inquiries with no response. HORRIBLE customer service...more like NO customer service. Beware!

They do the work, I get great deals. They always come through with the rebate checks.

Happy with all my stuff. Had to request my rebates. Never got my rebate for market place. Finally got my rebate for rebaid. So I am still waiting on rebate of 40.00 from September.

Highly recommend it. Its a wonderful experience.

4 years using it and everything great, now is a mess, one month waiting my rebaid and nothing, multiple mails and not answer and they deleted all their social media, stay away! if i get my rebaids back i will update my review

Withdrew via direct deposit and they won't respond to emails and it is not showing in my account to withdraw via check or anything. It just says it is withdrawn. Contacted them twice.
