RebaseCyprus Reviews

I can wholeheartedly recommend Nikolas to anyone looking for support in Cyprus, whether it’s setting up a company, handling private registrations, or simply navigating all the questions that come with relocating and doing business here.

What impressed me most was how our relationship started. We first got to know each other on a personal level, and from day one, Nikolas was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer every single question I had — even though I was already working with another service provider at the time and there was absolutely no business or financial benefit in it for him.

That alone says a lot about the kind of person he is. His support has always been genuine, reliable, and based on actually wanting to help.

If there is one person in Cyprus I would recommend as a go-to contact for these matters, it is definitely Nikolas. Everything is handled smoothly, professionally, and with the highest level of quality, while at the same time maintaining a very personal and friendly approach.

Having someone you can genuinely trust and rely on makes a huge difference, especially when dealing with company formation, registrations, and all the administrative aspects of life in Cyprus. I’m extremely grateful for all his support and can recommend Nikolas without hesitation.

If you want a Local Expert that gives you the VIP service and feeling this is your guy. Very professional, honest and upfront with everything. Explains everything in a very easy way and gives you best advice for your specific situation.

One thing that impressed me a lot is everything was well prepared and my imigration took literally 10 minut while I could see people waited there for hours. I can focus on my Bussnies and intention everything else was handled by them.

I have never met a more honest, organised or well-connected person in Cyprus. Nikolas helped my wife and me with all the paperwork and arrangements involved in becoming residents of Paphos, and he made what could easily have been a stressful and complicated process feel almost effortless.

From the very beginning, he was reliable, responsive and incredibly thorough. He always knew what was needed, who to speak to, and how to move things forward efficiently. More importantly, we always felt that he genuinely cared about helping us and had our best interests at heart.

Moving to another country comes with enough uncertainty as it is, and having someone like Nikolas guiding us through the process made an enormous difference. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing help navigating residency, paperwork or settling in Cyprus.

Νικόλα, η Νάντια κι εγώ είμαστε πραγματικά ευγνώμονες για όλα όσα έκανες για εμάς, φίλε μου. Σε ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς.

Nikolas at rebasecyprus helped me with setting a proper structure for my company and gave advice on ongoing compliance, best practices and general guidance. Comparing with other friends of mine and the service they got from other providers I realised that the service i got was impecable.

Also, the price compared with other providers was not only really good, the package was inclusive of all required services with no hidden fees.

Working with Nikolas and the team at Rebase Cyprus has been one of the best professional decisions we made in relocating to Cyprus. From day one Nikolas took the time to understand exactly what we needed and then handled all of it. Incorporating our company, sorting our tax registration, guiding us through immigration and seeing our Non-Dom status through to approval.

What sets Nikolas apart is that he doesn't just complete the task in front of him. He is proactive, always a step ahead and 100% reliable. He kept every update coming, replied quickly whenever we had a question and did a huge amount of the legwork in person so we never had to. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Beyond the setup itself Nikolas introduced us to a trusted network of lawyers, accountants and even potential clients which made settling in so much smoother. He treated our business as if it were his own.

If you are considering setting up in Cyprus then I can't recommend Rebase Cyprus highly enough. Professional, warm and outstanding at what they do. Thank you Nikolas for everything.

Nikolas, not only helped me to seamlessly move everything from Germany to Cyprus back in 2021, but also has been supporting me with everything Cyprus, Business, and even Personal challenges. I also know from others who have booked ReBase services, that with this Team, you’re getting not only the best imaginable service before your relocation, but even more importantly the best support once you have arrived on our beautiful island! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
