Alexandra, I'm honestly surprised by this review. La Poste of France confirmed 100% that they had delivered your items to you. However, you couldn't find them and I immediately dispatched replacement items without hesitation. I also paid you a compliment as a thank you for being a return customer. The only thing I asked you to do was check with your neighbours if the package had been handed to a resident of another apartment (very common for postal staff/couriers). We have 12 emails back and forth from your order to ensure you were happy and received the replacement items after you mis-translated my thank you. If you look at all of my previous reviews, the rare negative is usually due to shipping (which I cannot control once I have dispatched your order) but the service I always provide to my customers is what gets the 5 stars, because I just want people to feel good and be happy. I'm sorry you didn't understand, but I acknowledge there may be language barriers and misunderstandings, and I wish you the very best for the future.

My order still hasn’t arrived to the courier after six weeks of ordering it. When asking about the order, they say that it’s soon in place. That was three weeks ago.

Lotta, Finland Post lost your package. There's not a lot we can do once the product you have ordered has been shipped. But we have sent you a replacement free of charge, so I'm not really sure the 1 star review is justified when the postal companies mess things up. (Especially at Christmas). Nevertheless, wishing you a happy and successful 2024.

Some postage issues but generally very good! :)
I ordered a ring and necklace internationally and it did take a while to come so I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful! The resent the items and I got them in time for Christmas! The quality is amazing, as well as the care and packaging of the products. I did have to unfortunately exchange sizes for the ring so I’m actively waiting for that to arrive 😭 Asides from postage delays, I do really enjoy the company and products on the whole!
