This is horrible, I was supposed to get it 6 weeks ago and they just said they will send me another package. I will report it to instagram

A piece of shit company. Ordered a product 6 weeks ago still nothing. Every week I ask where my order is, and there response is, were sorry and were trying to locate shipping information. Please be patient. I repeatedly ask for refund. Nothing. 11

Do not buy it from them. False advertisements! Scam. They will never refund your money back.

I ordered 3 chargers in October 2024 and after months of emails they finally agreed in February that it was lost and said this -

“We are so sorry for what happened. In this case, we have two solutions for you:

1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund.

Waiting for your choice. Thanks for your understanding”

So I could pay again and hope they come or PAY FOR A REFUND??? Ridiculous.

I ordered my product 10/24. I received a different item. I sent pictures of items and envelope used. They are offering $3-8 for my compensation ???? They refuse to refund my complete purchase amount. I would give them 1/4 star if I could.

I ordered 3 "lightening fast" usb charger cables. After 2 months of not receiving them, I emailed them. They apologized and said they would send out a replacement order. Here we are 3 months later, and still no chargers and I'm out $50!

It's crap. I wouldn't order from there unless you want to be scammed.

Ordered charging cables 9/30/24 it is now 11/8/24 and I have not received them. Says they are in TN and have not moved. I messaged the company and they said "Oops you have wrong tracking#". They gave me another tracking number and website to track - website is no good and when I figured out that issue it says tracking number is no good. Messaged company again - they said "we assure you it's on the way".

This is a scam. Terrible product. Company has return policy but refuses to let you return their junk product.DO NOT BUY

Absolute shocking customer service. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the hair iron comb that does not work like it was advertised. Very cheaply made and it appears to be drop shipped from China despite operating out of the US. Currently going through PayPal to try and get a refund after their pathetic attempts to get me to accept a $4 and then $7 refund.
SCAM BOGUS FRAUD. Be very careful, I will also be investigating this company further and reporting to the correct authorities.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs. Nothing but a headache.

Bought two of the same product from this company (Negative Ion Hair Straightener Styling Comb) due to the videos posted about how well it worked, how easy it was to use, and how quickly it straightened hair. IT WAS A LOAD OF CRAP!! The cord is barely long enough to do anything (even if it did work) but it doesn't work- it does not straighten hair at all. It took me like 10 times through one small section that wasn't even that wavy and it still barely made a difference. I've been battling with the customer service ever since. Still no resolution yet. The website claims "fast refund- full or partial depending on the situation" but the company isn't being cooperative. I am hoping that PayPal will help back me up. I am so frustrated.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a brush straightener last month, when I opened it it was scratched up, white dried liquid on the brush part, when used on my hair there was a burning smell, it comes with a 2-3 foot cord. It’s the CHEAPEST piece of junk I’ve ever seen and I paid $45 for it. When I contacted customer service they will not refund my money. I do not want a replacement and I do not trust this company/product anymore. Their solution is to refund me $2 and for me to pay for shipping to ship the product back to China. They do not have these products they use a website to upsell CHEAP products from China. The fact that they can’t even refund the proper amount of money just screams scam and fraud. A FAULTY CHEAP PRODUCT that burned my hair and they won’t even refund my $45 for a $2 product. ABSOLUTE FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! FAKE FAKE FAKE

Waiting for the package was a bit long, almost three weeks, but once it arrived, the packaging appeared secure and protective. Item quality itself seemed satisfactory, though not exceptional. The musical lights provide a nice touch, and the sound is decent, making it quite enjoyable overall.

Ordered a hair straightening comb. It arrived weeks later, the package completely smashed. The comb rattled like there were broken components inside. Sent an email stating all this and the customer service asked for me to send pictures. Since I can't clearly show in the picture that there are broken pieces inside of the item and that it won't turn on they refused to believe the item is broken. I repeated told them it was broken from being smashed and didn't work and they just kept replying back "the item was not affected, sorry for the inconvenience." Would not offer me to send the item back for a refund, and only offered me a $2.00 refund for the "inconvenience" after I paid $30 for the useless piece of junk.

Do not use! I bought 2 hair comb straighteners, they do not work as advertised. They offered me $6USD refund. What a joke. Stay away

I purchased a hair straightening ion comb for $39usd, it was delivered in a reasonable time however when I went to use it, it didn’t work. I emailed their support team who requested a video of it not working so I did, they apologised and offered a refund of $2usd I said no I would like the whole amount refunded and they then offered $4usd. Very bad customer service! Now having to make a claim through PayPal to get my money back!

Outstanding product, outstanding quality, fully surpassed my expectations! Their bright, multicolored lights made me feel like a real fairy. It's safe to say I am elated with my purchase. Playing it is not just easy but soothing too. The clarity of the sound it produces is unmatched. It allows me to make my own music with minimal effort. Switching them on, the magic starts.
