Unsolicited and completly wrong information
My mother received a letter via post about reclaiming car finance from ReclaimNOW. There is no contact telephone number for her to call to stop these unsolicited letters only an email address. My mother is 86, and does not do email, anything online or text messaging and more importantly has not had car finance and does not or never has been able to drive.

Had an email saying thanks for choosing us. Who are you? Never heard of you, never accepted anything from you and a contract with a line on it as my signature is attached lowest of the low proper scam. Im handling this myself and would never instruct a company like yours to handle my claim

We can assure you we are not a scam company and are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Given the seriousness of the allegations we will now undertake a thorough investigation and may need to involve the relevant authorities as it is apparent that someone has signed up to our services on 24th March 2026 and has provided all of your personal details including your name, address, date of birth, email and mobile phone contact information.
As part of our investigations, we will attempt to source the IP address from which the sign up occurred.
We also recognise that we sent you our ‘Welcome’ email containing the ‘signature’ on 24th March 2026 which you refer to and a subsequent ‘Claim Summary’ email on 26th March 2026 which you replied to below. Can you please advise why you hadn’t brought this to our attention when you initially received these emails from us?

I approached this company and asked…
I approached this company and asked them to search for any accounts I may have had with finance companies over the last number of years, even though I was convinced that I had none which were not already accounted for. To my surprise they answered within a very short time and informed me that I had in fact had an agreement for a vehicle purchase several years ago which I had no paper record of as this paperwork was misplaced during a recent house move. I would never have had the time to ring around various finance companies to find this information for myself so I am very pleased with the outcome on my enquiry.

Trying to cancel my initial sign up…
Trying to cancel my initial sign up without charges due to the excessive fees. First email sent within the 14 day ‘cool off’ window…6 emails and 8 days later ReclaimNow are still requesting personal information to action my cancellation…getting scam vibes from this company!
Within hours of submitting my review here, Reclaim Now emailed and cancelled the sign up with no charges. Thank you.
