I can’t praise Sian and the rest of the crew at Reclamet enough:) From the first phone call until the last email they made what could have been a horrible day much more bearable!
I hope I don’t need to scrap my replacement car for years to come but I’ll definitely be contacting them when I do!

Found the whole experience straight forward and easy from the first contact to recieving payment. The advisor was very pleasant and helpful, the collection vehicle arrived on time the driver was polite and friendly and removed the car without any hassle. Payment was in my bank within days. Overall would use again if I have the need.

I was unsure when I made the cal if I would get a fair price offered having previously had some very low offers. Rosie was amazing she was personable and put my mind at rest whilst talking me through the process. I was paid a better price than any of the other companies offered me by far and throughout, everything I was told would happen, did, and in the time frame advised.

I found the whole process with Reclamet a very easy one. My initial contact was by email, in which I received a prompt reply from Sian.

It only took a hand full of emails to exchange ,confirm details, agree fees and a collection date. All communications were answered quickly, in patient, polite and professional manner.

Nothing seemed to much trouble and any questions I had were answered.

My car was picked up, loaded fairly quickly and the chap collecting it, was friendly and polite.

There are a few things which I thought could be improved. Like given at least an hour to get to my vehicle, especially when it was at a garage.

Although I signed for collection, I wasn't asked to show any identification and it would of been nice to have received a collection ticket or advice from the driver.

Payment for my car was also receive the same day, which was great.

It made sense to use a local firm, with my experience being a positive one and I would not hesitate to use them again. Well hopefully not for at least another 8 years, as that's how long my car lasted.

From the first phone call, which was handled efficiently and courteously to the final payment the whole process was smooth and efficient. The driver was on-time and the car was on the back of the truck before I knew it. Background checks done and he was off - no fuss or bother. Payment received by 5pm as promised. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Having scrapped two cars with reclamet ltd, I can honestly recommend this company, They are quick and the price they offer is solid. The office girls are both polite and hardworking. They will pick up your car at time which is convenient you.

Cant fault them, gutted on Monday to find out my car failed MOT and should be scrap. Couldnt find my log book. Contacted a few of these companies as I used another one for my dads car. Reclamet came back to me straightaway and the email contact I had with the office was quick and easy next day they picked in up and 24hrs later the money was in my account. really impressed with everything thanks
