They offer a comprehensive range of equipment and include devices that they have collaborated on, which are always high end in terms of performance and popularity, but affordable. Always easy to communicate with and Matt will always provide clear and helpful advice A great retailer. Probably the best and most highly regarded of its type in the UK.

Recommended Vape Supplies have some of the very best customer service I have experienced in a really long time. I had an issue with a product I had purchased from them a while ago, I got in touch with them about a repair or replacement. With a short video and a couple of very polite and courteous emails later, my replacement was on my doorstep before 1pm the following day. They have a customer in me for life.

Bought a YLL 3.0 induction heater from these guys, which I really love. I bought the device only by mistake, so I had to get in touch about batteries and Matt was so helpful with getting batteries added to the order for me. Not only that, but he also recommended the best place to get new batteries for my YLL 2.0 IH, too. Great guy and great service. Great communication from RVS generally, and my order arrived super quickly. I've used them before, and I'll use them again, I'm sure. Great vape supplier who goes above and beyond to help customers and whom I am very eager to recommend.
