Really pleased with the laptop.
Quick delivery, good price for me , excellent!

Excellent service, could have a real conversation before and after purchase without being sent generic replies or being ignored. Received a laptop in great condition at half the price of the one I sent back to Backmarket as being useless. Deserves 6 stars!

Bought a used Lenovo laptop, laptop case and large 32" PIXEL moniter. Price was better than my usual supplier and I saved money. Delivery was fast and no issues. All equipment checked and it works fine. Emailed them for a VAT recipt and they replied with receipt within 24 hours. Good service. Will use again

I originally ordered the wrong computer in error.
I left a message on he phone and the order was immediately cancelled. I then ordered the correct unit which arrived a day early and is performing perfectly.
Thanks for the great service.

Product came as expected.

I thought the item wouldn't arrive before my travel, but it arrived next day.

Thanks!

easy website, well explained products at very good value and very easy to make a purchase. My laptops arrived 3 days later, and no fuss.

With Windows 10 being unsupported in a few months time, my Dell PC, which still does everything I want it to do, is now destined for the bin. Thanks, Microsoft.
I bought a newer (refurbished) model to replace it, for what I consider to be a good price. It arrived quicker than I expected, packed in a cushioned sleeve in a sturdy box. Being an ex-business machine it didn't have a wi-fi card so I had to transplant the one from my old machine, but after I powered up and went through the interminable setup routine it worked perfectly.
I've only given four stars because while the advert claimed "Grade A" condition, which I consider to mean "Excellent", it did have some scratches on the top of the case, including a chip through the paint to the base metal. I believe "Grade B (Good)" would have been more appropriate. C'est la vie!

I purchased a refurbished laptop which was delivered in brilliant condition and works without fault. Communication from Oliver (MD) was absolutely awesome as he expedited delivery for me which meant I was able to onboard a new staff member quickly.

First rate !

Great quality refurb basically like new the laptop is quick would recommend

Very prompt and well packaged delivery.
Product looked like new - no obvious signs of wear and tear.

Got exactly as advertised, delivered quickly.

Excellent choice of laptops. Received my order within 3 days. Very impressed with your service and goods.

Clean product with latest operating system Windows 11.The bonus is the antivirus software that came with a full 1 year subscription. Thanks so much for the prompt response.

All went smoothly. the laptop arrived on time and seems to be working well.

It's easy to be great when everything is OK. Far more impressive is when things go wrong and they put it right immediately, no fuss, no qualms.
Replacement laptop is absolutely perfect and a bargain.

If you’re planning to purchase from them just think twice because you gonna regret your action. I never read reviews before purchasing and I end up regretting and the bad part is they know they’re selling bad laptops to people to make money. This people are scammers in disguise tbh. Got 2 laptops and they’re all craps and they don’t do refunds back.

disgusting scam, sent me a laptop that had the hardware tampered with which made it unbearably slow, unable to use even google.

figured i would buy from here since they offered warranties but when i requested one they asked me for some items that i had never received when the laptop initially arrived.

do not buy from here for your own sake

Laptop faulty, not collected for repair on arranged date. Still not heard back of when it will be collected!

Bought a Dell 5530 Precision, Oliver was professional and informative (I asked a lot of questions before making the purchase) and most were replied to promptly. Only reason I've give 4 stars is there was a slight discrepancy in the spec that was advertised to what I may have got, but Oliver made sure the correct spec was sent. Thanks for your help and support, would recommend and would use again.
