Great service - simply contacted via email and a courier was organised at a time convenient to me to collect my electrical goods. Good communication throughout the process and certificate received confirming hard drive clearing.
If your into sustainability and getting rid of your electrical junk, then looking into donating to these guys is a must. I support their causes and glad to have found them, they are top chaps to boot.
Not only do these guys get rid of old devices, gadgets, cables but they can wipe and destroy old HDDs securely all for free. Headed down there earlier today after clearing my house of things that are just no use to me anymore. I didn't want to throw them in landfill or recycle via the council means so a did a google and found them. Based over in Leytonstone (east ldn) which made it so easy to get to an drop off or you can get them to arrange collection if you like.
Important for our collective future! We all must have tons of electrical stuff piling up & these guys can help with that.
These guys are great... And here's why. It's easy to write glowing reviews when everything runs smoothly. But when things become more challenging it puts companies and the individuals that run them to the test. Through no fault of Reconom.me we ran into some challenges! Nick (not sure of his position) did everything he could possibly do to remedy the situation and was courteous to the last. In the end I got a full refund with no quibbles. I will definitely use them again.

Used RECONO to upcycle my laptop, vacuum cleaner, and a PSP game player. The transaction was seamless - someone promptly picked up the items at my convenience and even received a certificate confirming that my items were dealt with appropriately. Strongly recommend the service, especially to all those that have lots of valuable e-waste lying around at home and taking up unnecessary space.
