Solicitor was lazy & I had to keep chasing. I asked for the case to be reviewed due to lack of care & 5 weeks later I am still chasing. Absolutely diabolical service. Please use a different company for your own sanity

Wouldn’t use again. The claim took well over a year to settle. Had absolutely hardly any communication unless they wanted information. No updates, no advice what was happening or next steps etc. When I rang for information got an attitude on the phone like everything was a chore and just not a nice experience at all. It’s stressful enough as it is loosing time and money from an accident that wasn’t your fault but to be made to feel like a burden with people who are meant to be helping you isn’t a nice experience.

Robert kept in regular contact with me which included emails, telephone calls and conference calls. He was honest, open and accurate with his advice and he was patient with my mum who is a bit of a "character". We felt like we mattered. Cant thank you enough. Recovery assist have been amazing. Jayne Donohue was dealing with my case I left everything with her and had no worries at all as she dealt with everything, any queries i had she would explain everything and put me at ease. I highly recommend recovery assist and would definitely use them again.
