Red Rose Property is a property investment business based in Preston, Lancashire. We help professionals build personal wealth through buy-to-let property investment with the benefit of local knowledge, real experience and a structured, professional approach. Right now, we’re building our own property portfolio in the North West and starting to support investors who want to do the same. Our founder, Charlotte Ashworth, brings over 20 years of real estate experience investing and managing retail properties on behalf of institutional investors. We work closely with trusted local builders, mortgage brokers, letting agents and other professionals so that the people we help can invest with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re a potential investor or a professional looking to collaborate, we aim to build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency and getting things done properly. Our mission is to make property investment simple, reliable and rewarding without it becoming a second job. If you’ve worked with us or even just seen what we’re building, we’d love for you to leave a review. Your words matter and help others feel confident working with us too.

Working with Charlotte has been a ream from start to finish! Charlotte's professionalism, integrity and helpfulness in property is second to none. In today's world it truly is a breath of fresh air to see someone go beyond what they say they will do, and who comes through on their promises with a great service level.
I’ve worked closely with Red Rose Property over the past few months and can confidently recommend them for hands-free property investments. Charlotte in particular is extremely diligent, detail-oriented and clearly knows her stuff, she combines deep knowledge of the market with a practical, client-focused approach that gives real confidence. If you're looking for a reliable partner to manage your investment property with care and competence, Red Rose Property is well worth speaking to.
One of the best property companies out there, Charlotte guided me through the whole process and made everything as simple as possible. I couldn't recommend her more
I’ve seen first hand how Charlotte managed a recent refurb. Her communication skills to all the contractors was brilliant and I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a smooth process when it comes to refurbing properties in Preston.
