Redacted Industries Reviews

Dont waste your money this is like the EBT of FRT's. Good luck getting it to work properly. Just save your money and buy a drop in trigger system.

I love ordering from redacted industries. Solid company to do business with and will continue to get my business.

The product TRX1022 did not work. I ordered a second product in a different size to get see if it would work and it didn't work either.

Ordered the TRX1022. It is missing the notch for the bolt catch spring. I called the company and left a message. No one returned my call. I tried the chat bot, which seems by AI. It tried to tell me I couldn't return it "for safety reasons". Obviously programmed to do that. Someone named Erik intervened and asked me to send an email with pictures of the part. He told me something to the effect that customer service was important to them. Sent the email. No response. Sent a follow up email. No response. They have shown a clear disregard for the customer. They should not be supported by the 2A community. I lerned after the fact that there are other vendor selling the same thing for less.

It took a long time for priority service wich I paid extra for and neither of the two types of triggers i got for my glock worked.

Up to date product at a reasonable price!!

I haven't installed the trigger yet , so I can't review how it works

Great product and amazing customer service!

There is excellent quality control. Everything was expertly completed, flawless, and thoroughly examined prior to shipment. They clearly take pride in their production and presentation.

If you're into solid engineering and fabrication, this shop does it right. The materials felt durable, the design work was polished and everything arrived exactly as showcased. Great experience.

Their attention to detail really stands out. It was an accurate production of the components, using consistent lines and no sloppy craftsmanship. Delivery came quickly, and the communication throughout made things easy.

I was surprised by how clean and well-designed everything was. The CAD work looked refined, the build quality was tight, and the packaging kept everything perfectly protected during shipping. Very professional from start to finish.

Very impressed with the quality. I’m so excited that someone is trying new innovative things in manufacturing firearms! This is what we need! I can’t wait for more 3D printed receivers. Keep up the good work.

The accuracy they achieve in their machining is quite remarkable. The surfaces were smooth, the measurements spot-on, and the overall finish demonstrated real technical competence. You can tell they take their engineering seriously.

The team did a great job addressing my concerns and providing important information to help me pick the right product.
