Amazing interview by Kayleigh

Kayleigh had the option to talk through whatsapp which is a very conventional application, the interview was very smooth and personal. I got to have more of a conversation on equal sides where it was comfortable and natural sharing about myself and my strenghts as she was exceptional at building rapport.

A Wonderful Experience

The Webpage Kayleigh had presented to me on the role and company we were discussing was masterfully concise in enabling me to understand both the role and company. No more 10 page descriptions on how a company is "a family" just the information we'd like to see as employees.

Friendly yet highly professional

The process has been swift and professional, when speaking with someone at Redbeard, it feels like you’ve known them for ages and it really makes the conversation flow allowing everyone to feel heard. Impactful interview

Kayleigh was very friendly and she kept the conversation at a nice and easy to follow pace. I also enjoyed the fact that she listened to what I had to say and followed up with questions surrounding my experience and expertise.

Friendly interviewer with clear explanations on jobs

Nice conversation with the one whom contacted me , her name started with K from South Africa . Before she explained more about the job , she asked me some questions to make people feel relaxed and she able to know me more from there .
