Should not even have 1 star this company are scammers stay away they just take your money with no contact or goods

They have an box under delivery options that says free delivery which is already ticked on the checkout page. If you miss what it says or not change it to another type of delivery you will have unwittingly signed up to a subscription to a shipping company FSHIPP who will charge £29.99 per month. No advice from either company that you will be debited or any confirmation or warning notification about this shipping subscription. I only found out when I checked my bank statement and investigated what it was for. Not much chance of being re-imbursed by either company so ended up out of pocket £59.98 for ordering perfume. Absolutely disgusting. Have reported them both to Trading Standards.

Ordered Karl Lagerfeld 100ml EDT. Order accepted and my payment taken. Less than 48 hours later I received an email simply saying saying your order has been refunded. No reason or excuse!! Why offer to sell me a product, accept my offer to purchase...when you either don't have the product or are not willing to sell at the price offered. A SIMPLE reason for a cancelled order is courteous; no reason is very BAD service. STILL Waiting for my money back!!

I Received a John varvatos unsealed fragrance, send them an email and phoned in, they promised me to look into it straight away, "don't think so". three days later i phoned in again by then I already phoned John varvatos myself to ask if their products are sold sealed, they confirmed " All our products are sealed". When speaking to red label outlet after 3 days they said that it doesn't come sealed and that he had to double check, I said you know what I haven't got time for jokers I have got better things to do than trying to convince you and just left it. Conclusion- save yourself a headache and buy from the well-known shops like "The Perfume Shop" etc. So know if you receive an order and it's unsealed that the whole warehouse has tried your fragrance before they send it off to you. It really appears to me that they are under influence of red label and that Jack Daniels is the supervisor who leads operations, "trying to argue that they are sold unsealed, what a joke". On a serious note, just avoid them, really, it's not worth the hustle, especially with this Cost Of living crisis, you don't want to lose any money and deal with people like Mr Patel "The Clown".

Ich habe eine Contouringpalette die niergends sonst noch verkauft wird und einen Duft den ich bereits kenne dort bestellt. Beides also Produkte die ich kenne.
Auf Amazon hatte ich einen Duft erhalten der scheinbar nicht original war. Der von dieser Website riecht wie ich ihn gewohnt bin.
Die Contouringpalette hat auch exakt die gleichen Farben. Was also Plagiate angeht entweder bombastisch gut gemacht oder eben echte Produkte.
Preise sind gut und der Versand nach Deutschland war recht schnell. Nach exakt 7 Tagen war das Päckchen da.

Absolutely rubbish company. When ordered i paid extra for next day deliver. After 5 days (including weekend) i wrote to them to ask to not send anymore because i needed for a birthday present and time past and next day they gave me a tracking number with parcel sent it the day before when i wrote them.
I clearly said again i don't want the parcel anymore, i left in holiday and guess what, the Yodel delivered the parcel to a neighboor.
I will ask for full refund !!!
And 100% i will AVOID this website in the future

Ordered quite a large amount of perfumes from Red label outlet Ltd. They arrived via FedEx with in the Week. Perfectly packed, real perfumes and excellent customer service. Great prices and I would definitely recommend. Thanks guy's.

I am still waiting to get my package 1 month after order. I've sent at least 10 emails and have got nowhere. I'm in Ireland and they keep blaming the Irish courier. From tracking package is still in the UK. I have asked for a refund or to send a new order and I'm just getting ignored.
Update. I received package today finally still took 4 weeks .

Yodel alert!

This seller uses the most unreliable courier in the UK, Yodel. They had me wait all day saying they would deliver by 9pm, but never showed up. They did the same the next day, except they marked it as left at front porch, but I live in a 1st floor flat & obviously don't have a porch.

The seller said they'd investigate, but I never heard from them again, they just ignore you & keep your money.

After a lengthy dispute claim, lasting a month, I got Paypal to refund me, but I'll never use Red Label or Yodel again.

Red Label doesn't tell you who their courier is on their website because they know people are put off when they see Yodel's name.

Edit: In reply to Red Label's response, I specifically chose the option "Do Not Leave in Safe Place" & to only deliver it to me personally, through Yodel's app, but they just ignored me. And I texted the driver, but was ignored again.

You also chose to ignore me. Take some responsibility & reply to your customers when there is an issue, instead of ignoring us & leaving us to wait a month because we have to make a claim against you.

Haven't yet received the item, however I feel peeved. Having paid premium for "1-2 days" delivery, four days later still waiting! Their excuse...... the stated delivery clock only starts when they get around to posting, so don't be misled by the stated posting times.

The purchase was a safe, simple process. the perfume came in the original sealed packaging.

The product was defective in that the texture of the moisturiser was grainy - more like an exfoliator. I contacted customer support and was told to send the product back but it was going to cost me 2/3 of the price I paid for the product to do this. I put it in the bin as I had no guarantees of a refund.

I was looking for and was able to find Yardley Gentlemens soap on their website. I placed the order for 8 bars and received them within 14 days. I feel that was good service since I live in Indianapolis Indiana and they had to come through customs. Very pleased with the soap!
