The only good thing about this phone is the battery and the RAM. The rest about this phone you can forget. The charger chrages super fast but made problems after 3 months. ( I even bought protections for the wire to not create any damages, but didn't help at all) I tried to contact the support and sent them video proof about my issues but they didn't care at all. They just replied that they understand that I would feel frustrated and there's literally nothing they could do about it. The quality of the phone isn't the money worth. For gaming it is good but I have trouble with notifications, with, the phone doesn't ring when someone's calling me and it starts to show sintoms of "old phone" after 3 months.... Whatsapp lagging which I never had on any other phone before, the camera which is lagging and very very low quality for the price you pay....
Is this phone bad? Yes, in my opinion, it's 300€ worth or even less and not 800€. Save your money guys, I'm just sitting facts here, I want to save you time and money

Stay away from Redmagic if you care for your money!
I bought a phone that had the screen bent at a corner and glued like that and the customer service didn't want to help at all!
And since then the screen un-glued itself on that corner and now it's straight but that's another problem and not a fix.
The phones have warranty in theory but they don't have one actually!
If your phone has problems they will make sure it's your fault and you have to pay more to get your phone back!

If a €999 smartphone already develops a faulty touchscreen less than three months after purchase — after the first drop, despite using a Nubia case and screen protector — I would have expected a far more customer-friendly response from the manufacturer. The repair is carried out in the Czech Republic, phone support runs through Hong Kong, and all communication takes place exclusively in English. I received roughly one reply per day, which was very inconvenient for me.

In my experience, part of the support seems to rely on automated responses, and my review on judge.me — the platform Nubia themselves link to for product reviews — has not been published so far. Overall, I had the impression that customer service mainly works with standardized text modules and responds very little to my specific issue.

Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend the service.
Even after multiple requests and pointing out the legal basis, the shop still refuses to issue an invoice compliant with European law, including VAT and a tax number.
