BAN this company
This company removed listing on behalf of "Pampered Chef" however they have no actual knowledge of the company.
They had multiple listing of mine removed, even though all products are authentic and I purchased them directly through the company. They even tried to remove listing that were no longer active or had active inventory.
I have written to them, filled out the removal/retraction requests and it has gotten me nowhere. I plan on reporting this company for their fraudulent practices in as many legitimate sites as I can, as they are NOT a legitimate company working on behalf of their "companies"
Im sure I will get a great canned response to this with the form to fill out, that I already have over and over again with no answer.
Redpoints - We were initially frustrated that the software took genuine products down but this was resolved eventually - nearly 3 months
Redpoints - Took our products down in May 23, they were genuine items and this lead to some frustration. We complained to the company who did reverse their decision - although it took till July 23, we only wish that the software lead identification lead to a considered view rather than mass takedown

False Claims!
Agree with others.. Redpoint reports registered sellers to market places for copyright, even though the resellers purchase the branded goods from the official distributors. In my case, they decided to get me for using the WORD 'bullet journal' which is a general term used by various companies for the type of product. Images and such used were my own. Terrible company!

They are hurting their customers' business by taking down official websites and social media channels of their authorized resellers. Probably using just dumb robots to send their denunciations. Not responding to appeals.

Redpoint reports registered sellers to market places for copyright, even though the resellers purchase the branded goods from the official distributors.
I'm now in the process of warning all UK distributors for the brands in question about these tactics as they could be left with tens of thousands of pounds worth of stock on their shelves.

Unprofessional at best
Manufacturers that want to keep their products off online marketplaces as much as possible hire this company to target small businesses which have legally purchased their inventory at wholesale. They make false counterfeit accusations through programs like VERO. The only recourse after politely asking them to be ethical human beings is to file a lawsuit in a state that may very well be halfway across the country. They know that most small businesses do not have the funds or legal team that would enable them to do so. What their clients don't seem to realize is that by doing this instead of intercepting their products they do not want sold on certain outlets before going to wholesalers is that companies will stop purchasing. Then the national retailers they want so desperately to stock their products will stop buying knowing that they can't unload the junk when it doesn't fly off the shelves. Ultimately they hurt themselves; the problem is the legitimate sellers they harm in the process.
The tech must be pretty rubbish
I had not heard of Red Points till yesterday when we were targeted by them. As the publisher of an international magazine with five editions, it was a surprise to receive notice that a copyright infringement accusation was levelled against us by a larger competitor—via its contractor, Red Points.
The accusation was utterly baseless, and we can prove it. We can prove the sources of our story. Can they prove their position? I doubt it.
And here’s the thing: Red Points’ client publishes in Spanish. We’re in English. I can’t find anything on the client site even remotely resembling our article.
The technology must be pretty poor if we were flagged. I certainly wouldn’t be encouraged to use it. Judging by the other reviews here, it seems it’s not the most ethical firm. It doesn’t appear supportive of a free press—unless the media organization is paying them.

Attention businesses that use Red…
Attention businesses that use Red Points to "protect your intellectual rights on 3rd party platforms", keep in mind, they use a very wide and destructive net. If instead of asking your long term legitimate wholesale buyers to pull your items from 3rd party sellers, you send this bulldog in to do it, you'll lose said customers permanently. One vendor asked nicely, the other used Red Points. All listings were pulled, but I only buy from one vendor now. Can you guess which one? P.s... I know your items aren't selling at retail because my listings didn't sell, either. Go back to the drawing board. Wrong strategy.

I spent hours, to reach out to RedPoints to talk to a representative - no answer. Fine, my lawyer will take of that.🤬
Also got suspended from eBay for no reasons!

Redpoints got it wrong and cost me thousands!
I had my ebay business suspended because Redpoints incorrectly reported items to Vero. Redpoints did apologise and the listing were reinstated, but the suspension cost me thousands of pounds in revenue. It's great that your protect the big brands, but when you get it wrong you must compensate small businesses.

Awful company to deal with go…
Awful company to deal with go elsewhere!
Redpoints had one of our eBay listings removed which resulted in a 7 day restriction on our account, this is currently costing us £1000 a day.
The company that redpoint where working for even told them to drop the claim against us at it was incorrect, they where instructed to send a simple email to eBay to confirm the withdrawal of the complaint, we are now 24 hours since they where instructed to do this and still nothing, another £1000 lost due to their slow and unresponsive actions.
We will be putting in a claim against RedPoints to claim back what we have lost due to their wrong doing.
Try to phone them all you get told is "that department does not take phone calls"
If you are a company looking for someone to look after your trademark's id look elsewhere
