I couldn't be happier with Redpost…

I couldn't be happier with Redpost Equestrian customer service. They were fantastic to deal with. I contacted them via the chat and told them that my order was urgent as I had an injured horse. My order left the following day and travelled halfway round the world and arrived in a week. I can't get service like that travelling from one state of Australia to another. Best price online and my racehorse has now had 3 redlight wand treatments and heat pad therapy sessions already. I am thrilled. He's on the mend.

Hat Fitting

I had a fantastic hat fitting today with Chloe. Her knowledge, professionalism and customer service was outstanding. She took on board my wants/needs/budget and gave me lots of time to try on different styles and was very patient with me being very indecisive... Most importantly I came away with a great fitting hat within my price range too ❤️ 5 stars for her!

I can’t thank Redpost equestrian enough…

I can’t thank Redpost Equestrian enough for their kindness and understanding.
I had bought an expensive rug for my horse, but sadly my horse had to be put to sleep just eight weeks later, and the rug was never used. I contacted Redpost to explain the situation, and they immediately offered to take it back without any hesitation.
They processed a full refund, didn’t deduct postage, and sent a genuinely kind and thoughtful email in response. Their compassion and professionalism really stood out at a very difficult time.
Exceptional customer service—highly recommended.

Excellent service from Alex on a boot…

Excellent service from Alex on a boot fitting 9/4/26 for my daughter Joni. It’s a challenging fit as she is in between child and adult sizes but Alex went the extra mile and gave her plenty of options to try, and really made her feel comfortable. Really impressed with her knowledge, experience and helpfulness, and the broad range Redpost stocked. We came away happy with a great pair, and will be back when we need to size up!

Excellent Hat fitting by Georgina

We had a great trip to RedPost Equestrian today to get my daughter her first riding hat. The level of customer service from all the staff was excellent in particular Georgina H who fitted my daughters hat. She was so friendly and put my daughter totally at ease.

Jaz has been so incredibly helpful in trying to source boots for my son with super long, super skinny legs. She has gone above and beyond to provide as many options within budget as possible!

Amazing company I ordered a beautiful Equetech long riding coat it came the next day I live in the middle of no where rarely do the delivery drivers get it to my door. Thank you Redpost I use you for all my rugs and equestrian needs you are one amazing company. I even got 20 per cent off the coat it fits like a dream is totally water proof and looks very smart. Riding in this appalling weather yesterday for 2 hrs in the rain and arctic condition coat amazing. Thank you for your quick delivery.

Excellent service from this company.

My order arrived 2 days after I placed it, Fantastic!
It was a 3/4 length coat of the full length one I have, so I knew it would be good. It was in the sale so I saved money too,
Excellent fit, buy large for size 14, warm inside and super waterproof, zip at the back for more comfy riding.
However I can wear it anywhere!

Amazing customer service

I'm a longstanding customer of Redpost, but recently had a fault with an expensive item I'd bought 6 months prior. On contacting Redpost, they were responsive, friendly and professional and I cannot fault their response. They replaced the item promptly and with no fuss, and further cemented my loyalty. Brilliant customer service from start to finish, so thank you to the whole team, and to Jess and Annabel who helped me on this occasion!

I bought a coat from Redpost but sadly wasn’t the right size.
I got a free collection from Royal Mail, hassle free and a couple of days after got an email saying they had received my parcel.
I got my refund within one day after super quick, efficient and friendly reply’s to my emails. Amazing service Thankyou redpost!

Redpost Equestrian’s Service

We needed a hoof sock for a sheep’s leg in cast. Redpost put it on an expedited delivery but, unfortunately, the courier failed to deliver. However Redpost has been excellent, rearranged the delivery and kept us informed.

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service! my mum and i visited to get me some new boots fitted for the 2026 season, we got there and my mums exhaust came off and Neve got us something to tie it on with to get us round to the car park and she also fitted my boots! she was just amazing with us and really helped us get me some de niros measured up, would definitely take the drive and go visit ! thank you so much guys⭐️

J'ai commandé des bottes dzns cette boutique depuis la France aucune indication concernant les droits de douane ne m'a été donné. Le transporteur m'averti de leur montant ( 1/3 du prix de vente) je refuse le colis repart et cette boutique retranche a mon remboursement et les frais de ports et les frais de douane, je déconseille vivement depuis la France.

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the process of paying customs duties on your parcel to France. We do not hide this and clearly state on our delivery page that for international orders (outside the UK) the customer is responsible for paying any duties & customs charges.

Changes affecting the import/export of items between the UK/EU have been in affect since the United Kingdom left the EU.

We do also include information on the delivery page and informed you via email when you contacted us during transit of your order that costs will be deducted from your refund if you refuse the item on delivery as we still have to pay shipping costs to you, back to us and the duties.

We are working with our developers to incorporate duties in to our checkout so that these are paid during checkout rather than during shipping of the order. At such a time we will update the information on our delivery page. This change to our website is due at the beginning of 2026.

We value your feedback and will continue to do our best to improve our processes to best serve our customers.

SCAMMERS

UPDATE: I see the corporate gaslighting is still strong. Because I, too, compared it with the other company and it was the same price but without the shady double-handed dealings. I would have know immediately upfront the total costs and not been held accountable for the fact you don’t know how to properly calculate shipping costs and funny how this time I get hit with $130 in duties but my mom didn’t get charged less than two months ago so don’t blame this on US tariffs. You can’t figure out basic shipping and send oversized packaging and the customer gets screwed.

DIRTY DEALINGS!!!! Never ever again with this company. I’ll pay the same price (I. The end) or, at this point I’d even pay more with le meuix just to avoid ever dealing with this disgusting company again. Shame on you!

SCAMMERS! They sneak attack you with additional shipping because their website doesn’t properly calculate it at checkout and then you get hammered with duty fees that DHL prepays without telling you and then holds your package hostage until you pay up and if you try to return they nail you for additional duties and return fees. It would have been cheaper if I placed two separate orders but these scammers are out to screw you! We used to order here all the time but never again! And I’m going to make sure all our horse community people on and offline know to avoid these people! Shop ONLY with le meiux. Even though they’re a little more money you wind up saving money AND HASSLE in the long run because you’re not dealing with sneak attack charges. Almost $300 in shipping and fees?!? Are you out of your minds!!!!

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you feel this way. 2025 has been a significant year of change for the USA which has seen the de minimis rule of $800 duty free imports removed, along with the introduction of additional tariffs by President Trump. This has come as a shock to many customers who are affected by these increased costs.

We would like to clarify that all shipping information including the estimated shipping cost and the possibility of import duties charged by your local customs authority was provided clearly before checkout, as well as again via email prior to dispatching your order, to which you responded (via email) and agreed that you were happy to proceed with the duties.

Any duties or fees requested by DHL or your country’s customs office are not set or controlled by us, they are the customs charges set out by your country (in this case the USA). This is also stated in our shipping policy.

We understand unexpected charges are frustrating, but they are external customs fees, not additional charges from our company. We were in touch with you prior to shipping your order and at any time you could have cancelled it, we have not intentionally deceived or scammed anyone.

Prior to leaving this review you have been in touch with us stating your dissatisfaction, but it seems our immediate response and gesture of goodwill was not satisfactory.

We really do appreciate your past business and are always available to help clarify any part of the ordering or shipping process. We are a team of real people with a passion for both horses and customer service. It is a real shame we could not satisfy your needs on this occasion.

Just as an additional note. We have compared your order placed with us (including the total shipping and duties paid) and you might be pleased to know it was still cheaper than ordering directly with LeMieux.

We have planned developments to our site in 2026 that will mean duties will be paid during the checkout, but until such time we will continue to communicate to our customers as effectively as we can. It has been a tricky year shipping the USA due to the various changes and we have tried to react as best we can.
