Amazing Internet provider always happy to help and great in upper heyford

Great customer service and so never had problems with connection or speeds like I used to with other providers. So nice to be able to discuss with a person on WhatsApp too. Very unusual these days. Please keep up the good work!

Redraw internet brought the 21 century to our business in 2018. Based in the countryside we could not get a usable broadband service. Now with high speed broadband we have cut our costs with Redraw and been able to make huge savings on telephone VOIP which were previously out of reach. Real people on the line if you have a problem .. Highly recommended.

The benefit of Redraw is that they are large enough to give excellent coverage but small enough to care for their customers.
I know that if there is an issue, a rare occurrence, they react quickly to resolve it, unlike many of the larger companies who have to go through the motions’ and can take days.
I also like the competitive pricing of Redraw when compared to many other broadband companies.
Overall I would definitely recommend them as a serious partner for home or business.
