Ring replacement
Excellent customer service from red rock, I purchased a ring camera from their eBay store and it’s unfortunately stoped working so I reached out to them and they were quick and extremely helpful in arranging collection of the camera and then when they had received it they quickly sent out a replacement free of charge as it was still under 12 months warranty. It’s really nice to have a business that actually still cares about its customers further down the line and are efficient in returns and replacements. I will definitely shop with them again and recommend to others, thanks again Red Rock !
