Redtiger has proven to be an amazing company. The camera I had ( dual, back and front) was reasonably priced and if great quality. Enormous amount of options and features. After 3 years of no issues, the front camera packed up. The customer services help was not only punctual and precise but also very ind and understanding. Despite the warranty being 18 months they sent me a new cam for free. While this is not the norm it shows what amazing service you can get from Redtiger!

Easy install. I ordered the kit with fuse taps and the instructions made the install flawless. The fuse box cover wouldn't go back on after install, but I lost the cover about 5 minutes later anyway. Otherwise, I could have trimmed a hole out for the fuse taps to fit with the cover in. Running the wires was easy and the kit comes with trim tools and adhesive wire guides for where wires have to be exposed. This DIY install looks professional.

The camera is great. A little complicated. I wish there was a way to access the camera without having to be in my vehicle. Also there is no cloud storage.

Actually the sd card that came with camera isn’t working well, could you please replace it for me. It’s still in warranty.

Bought a camera what had a problem with the memory card. This can happen. The issue was customer service that sent send instructions also if was already discussed. Conclusion, the discussion becomes cyclic after few email and trials to solve it the customers service start again with the instructions from the first email.

I opened my package to find there was no SD card for my dash cam. I politely emailed the customer service team at REDTIGER, and they were extremely polite. Not only were they professional, they also offered to send me a replacement for my SD card. Accidents happen inevitably, and I understand that they sell probably thousands of dash cams in a day. The issue was quickly solved and the team pulled through nicely. I love to see a company care about their product and customers. They are moving to fix their mistake and that’s why they get 5 stars from me. I can’t wait to receive my SD card to use my dash cam. Great job again and I look forward to purchasing other dash cams with this company in the future.

I have purchased multiple cameras from this company and it will be the only company that me, my family and friends will use moving forward. The customer service and responsiveness is absolutely world class. I have had a few questions/ small issues but the way they handle with care is extremely impressive. The person I typically deal with is Emma and she is amazing. More companies should be tan like this one. I will tell everyone I know to buy from Redtiger. Oh, and the cameras are awesome as well.

I purchased five of the dash cameras for my family and they work great! They are very easy to use and helped a lot when my son got into an accident we were able to review the footage about what happened. I did have an issue with one of the camera cameras and Support was excellent. They walked me through troubleshooting and when it could not be resolved, they replaced the unit under warranty with no issues. I highly recommend!

Meine Dashcam funktionierte nicht mehr. Ich meldete mich beim Redtiger - Team mit dem Problem meiner Dashcam. Innerhalb eines Tages bekam ich eine Nachricht mit einer Vielzahl von Problembehebungs-vorschlägen. Sollte das nichts nutzen sollte ich mich wieder melden. Ich mailte wieder Redtiger an und schickte die geforderten Nummern. Danach war ein paar Tage Funkstille, dann brachte mir der Postbote eine neue Dashcam. Toller Service, super Support. 10 Sterne für das Redtiger Team. Würde mir immer wieder eine Dashcam von Redtiger kaufen, da die Cam auch leicht zu bedienen bzw. einzustellen ist. Preisleistung passt auf jedenfall.

I thought I had an issue with my camera (I didn't). I reached out to RedTiger and with thier assistance (and patience) I determined that the issue was with a power drop in my vehicle. I installed the hardwire kit and the problem went away. The support team walked me through every step, even when we learned that the issue was with my vehicle. Very happy customer.

Edited - below is my initial review, but I've now updated it to 5 stars because Red Tiger customer services quickly contacted me and asked me to perform a few tests on the unit (reset, firmware update etc). After this proved the unit was 100% faulty, they replaced the entire dash cam! Thank you very much - I really appreciate it!

Beware!! I bought one and it only lasted 14 months before the front camera died (completely black). I found out later online that it's a known fault, so although the dash cam did perform well when working it does not represent good value if it only lasts about a year. I tried to contact Amazon (where I purchased it) which was hopeless, and also reached out to Red Tiger directly by email but had no response. My other dash cam is a Road Angel Halo (more money, but working perfectly for over 5 years now), so I know what I'm buying to replace the unreliable Red Tiger...

My dashcam from Redtiger has been amazing and without issues. I had that dashcam fail after about a year, but Redtiger support helped me get a replacement, which was so appreciated!! Customer service was quick and helpful, and they have so many products, I will absolutely be using them and recommending them to folks in the future

I have a redtiger F7NP using for three years. It has dual cameras front and back with crystal clear pictures. Recently it stopped working with no live pictures. I have tried all the methods according to the factory’s instructions but still no luck. I contacted the customer service, they did tell me all the methods I can try. After being told that the product has been beyond the warranty, I was a little bit disappointed. I complained about three year’s product life is too short and I am loyal customer. They finally agreed to sent me a replacement. It is a great customer service!!! I know no product is perfect. A good customer service can save customers and help you keep improving your product. I definitely recommend redtiger.

They provided the best service ever. I had bought my Dashcam about a year ago and wasn't able to use my rear camera due to I had a convertible so free of charge they sent me one to go to the back of my car near the license plate. As well as a hardwire kit so I didn't have to use my cigarette lighter to plug into for free. This is the best place to buy your dashcam from!!!

Great company. My dash cam was a little out of warranty but they came through and helped me out anyway. I own atleast 4 of their cameras and all of them are great. Customer service is awesome!

Excellent customer service and support

I had an issue with my REDTIGER dash camera after using it for some time. I contacted their customer support, and I was very impressed with how professionally and kindly they handled my case.

Even though they could have simply declined my request, they went above and beyond and sent me a replacement main unit completely free of charge. I received the replacement, installed it, and so far everything is working perfectly.

I really appreciate REDTIGER’s excellent customer service and their commitment to making sure their customers are satisfied. This experience has definitely increased my trust in the brand.

The original cable wasn’t powering on so I contacted Luna and she was able to send me a working cable. She made this experience so easy. I’ve never had such great customer service before. She did above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the product.
