للأسف، هذه التجربة أفقدتني الثقة تمامًا بالشركة. تم الدفع فورًا، أما خدمة العملاء فهي شبه معدومة. لا يوجد رقم تتبع، ولا معلومات عن الشحنة، ولا رد حقيقي على استفسارات العملاء، فقط رسائل آلية لا تحل أي مشكلة. عندما تلتزم الشركة بمدة توصيل ثم لا تلتزم بها ولا تقدم أي توضيح أو تحديث للعميل، فهذا يدل على عدم احترام وقت العميل وحقوقه. تجربة محبطة للغاية، ولن أتعامل مع هذه الشركة مرة أخرى، ولا أنصح بها إطلاقًا.

Unfortunately, this experience completely destroyed my trust in this company. The payment was processed immediately, but the customer service is almost nonexistent. There was no tracking number, no shipping updates, and no real response to my inquiries—only automated messages that solved nothing. Promising a delivery timeframe and then failing to meet it without any explanation or communication shows a complete lack of respect for customers and their time. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I will never purchase from this company again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

i ordered 3 reef perfume i didn't receive my order, and no one from the customer service is answering. and no refund until now I'm very disappointed.

I bought 5 reef Princess gift sets and none of them had the Swarovski necklaces as advertised. No response from customer service and their branch staff simply said they must have stolen them at packing and nothing they could do!

Reef Perfume's online (reefperfumes.com) and application-based services appear to be fraudulent.
An order was placed through their application, and funds were debited (SAR 474.26 ~AED 464) without the order being fulfilled.
I received order confirmations, followed by completion notifications, but shipments are not dispatched or delivered.
I attempts to contact customer service via whats app which said order completion no further response and so i decided to email (info..at..reef.sa) have been unsuccessful due to invalid addresses and recieve return mail show on the app.
Do not trust this app or website.
Avoid at all costs!

Someone needs to investigate this company.

Ordered over a month ago and have been chasing since. No response at all.
It's a complete waste of time to reaching out to them. Waited 1.5 hours and no one picked up. There There 24/7 WhatsApp service is a complete waste of time.

The good thing is there's a Gov't File a Complaint Service. I'll let the authorities deal with them.

Hopefully they'll shut the company down to save other customers the heartache.

They debited money from bank and till today I didn’t got my order no reply from customer service no reply from WhatsApp and saying your order is null never 👎 trust them

Very bad customer service.

Ordered from 24th of May and till now haven’t received it, multiple tries to contact through WhatsApp and Calls.

I stay on the line for more than 20 minutes with no reply, for WhatsApp could go for days without a reply, and if you get a reply it is such a generic reply that doesn’t help you at all.

My advice don’t order not worth the headache, their logistics and customer service is so terrible.

For the price you are paying there is better alternatives.

very bad service from online , as i have placed an order on 26th may and i havent recieved a single update after that date regarding shipping and all. i tried calling the number and whatsapp the number , but no reply from them . they just ghosted me completely . please dont buy anything from them

Ordered through the Reef app on 5 June for delivery to Doha, Qatar. Paid 271.85 QAR for express delivery advertised within 48 hours. Nearly a week later, no delivery, no tracking number, and no response from WhatsApp, email, or LinkedIn. The app shows the order as completed although nothing was received. Order #264436331.

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my orders placed on 28 May 2026, which I have still not received.

Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer service, I have not received any response:
I called your customer support several times and waited for over 11 minutes on hold without any response.
I sent multiple messages via WhatsApp.
I have also sent emails regarding this issue.
Unfortunately, there has been no reply through any channel, which is highly disappointing.
I request you to:
Provide an immediate update on both orders.
Confirm the expected delivery date.

I believe your reputation will fastly go down as many complain about your customer service response and most of them including me do not receive our order yet. This is really unacceptable for a good brand like you,wallahi and surely Reef will be disappeared if you are not seriously taking this matter as soon as possible. The money taken is haram, your business will collapsed.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I placed an online order on January 28, 2026, but received the wrong product. The offer displayed on the website was not the same, which was extremely disappointing and misleading.

After nearly 12 days of follow-up, I managed to return the product. However, as of May 5, 2026, I still have not received my refund.

During this period, I called customer service more than 20 times, sent over 50 WhatsApp messages, and emailed both customer support and members of management. Despite all these efforts, I either received no response or no meaningful resolution.

This is not how a company should treat its customers. The lack of communication, accountability, and after-sales support has been extremely frustrating.

I have screenshots as evidence of my interactions and follow-ups to ensure there is a clear record of my experience. This review is based entirely on actual events and my genuine experience as a customer.

Absolutely terrible experience with Reef Perfumes. I placed my order on 17 April and as of today I still have not received it more than 1 month. The company keeps avoiding responding to my requests for a full refund. I tried contacting them by phone, WhatsApp, and email multiple times, but they refuse to give any proper answer.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty, communication, and refunds when orders are not delivered. I would never order from this company again and I do not recommend anyone to trust them.

I placed an order expecting professional service and timely delivery, especially because the perfume was meant to be a gift that I wanted to take with me during my trip. Unfortunately, due to the delay and lack of proper communication, this became a huge disappointment.

Customer service was extremely difficult to reach, and despite several follow-ups, no clear update or solution was provided. A brand with such reputation should treat customers with much more professionalism and respect.

I sincerely hope Reef improves its online customer service and delivery management, because this experience damaged my trust in the brand.

I have spent a considerable amount of time with customer services, the instagram team and whatsapp portal in trying to resolve my query. I called Reef, in Saudi, the English option took me to someone who did not know any English and this happened three times.I then got through to someone whom had so much noise in the background and I could not hear anything, really unprofessional. I then got asked to contact them via instagram and was told 'I can help you on there as my English is not good, I cannot help on the phone', On insta I got no response. I also got told to whatsapp. On Whatapp the agent initially replied and then after sending all the proof, screenshots of my issue, account number,points balance etc they decided not to help me and did not respond to me. My query was simple, I had accumulated a huge number of points which the system is not allowing me to exchange into a voucher in order to make a purchase, that is it.

I placed a prepaid order through their official website/app for the Majesty Bundle and expected normal UAE delivery timing as advertised. However, even after more than 14 days, the order was still not shipped and no tracking number was provided.

The most frustrating part was the lack of transparency and communication. The order status showed “completed,” but after repeatedly contacting support on WhatsApp, I was told the order was still “under review” and waiting for a shipping label to be issued. In other words, payment was taken immediately, but the order had not even been dispatched.

Customer support responses were extremely slow and vague. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information about the shipment status. There was no proactive communication, no clear delivery timeline, and no proper explanation for the delay.

What concerns me most is that the company continues aggressively advertising promotional offers and bundle deals on social media while apparently struggling to process existing prepaid orders.

I understand that delays can happen, especially during promotions, but this level of poor communication and order handling is unacceptable for an online business taking prepaid payments. My Question is if they don’t have stock as claimed in support conversations why they still taking orders advertising on social media?

At this point, I cannot recommend ordering from Reef Perfumes online they stopped answering my message.

I ordered sumner pink and it just smelt off alcohol my girls bought me one before and it was brilliant I returned it they checked it said it wasn’t right offered to replace it with two other perfume smells which I had never smelt so refused and got my money back ,Be careful with some of these perfume's from these countries I don’t trust them to be honest at first they wasn’t going to have me return it until I said I was going to get trading standards involved .

I strongly advise against purchasing from this website. I ordered the Elite Bundle perfume combo for 222 AED with Express Delivery, which clearly promises delivery within 2–4 days. It has now been over 10 days, and I have not received my order.

What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of communication — no updates via call, WhatsApp, email, or SMS. The only response you’ll get, if you reach out to support, is generic, template replies that do nothing to resolve the issue.

I even went to this Store thinking that they might hand over me the product and mark my order as delivered, but no support.

This has been a highly disappointing experience, especially for a paid express service. Buyers should be cautious before placing an order here.

Diabolical service and the worst customer experience I’ve ever dealt with. These crooks will steal your money and then send you automated messages messing you about and not dealing with your request accurately. I placed an order online and the delivery timeframe was selected as 12 hours. It took over a week for the order to still not anrrive and I had by then left the country after this. I spent over two weeks sending them countless messages asking for them to cancel the order which hadn’t been delivered and to process my refund. They kept sending me the same messages back and closing the case on WhatsApp not listing to my situation or willing to help. They weren’t allowing me to express my thoughts on the situation to correct it and organise the refund. Be aware, they will steal your money and not even care. I contacted them on several platforms, including WhatsApp email Instagram and X. Completely useless and only care about taking your money and nothing about customer service/ Client relations. Absolute Crooks
