DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

Never was able to access website or app. No response to request for cancellation.
Had to cxl card to stop further billing.

Filed fraud report on original bill since no access to app.

The trial will not let you cancel without paying for the next month. When you try to cancel after the next month you get confirmation that you no longer have an active plan. They then continue to charge your card with no way to contact them or cancel again. Had to cancel my card.

They need to seriously improve their image generator. Of the 50 or so attempts I made, about 5 went through and of those, only one was acceptable. Even my simple one-word test prompts failed to generate.
I’ve used many image generation tools before, but none have been as mediocre as this one. I give it a one star rating only because zero stars wasn’t given as an option.

Used the FREE to Generate Mock Up images of my Dead Mother and these Criminals Charged a Monthly Fee anyway and THEY ONLY Way to Cancel was to CLOSE the Charge at the Bank - THIEVES !!!

They hide cancel subscription button so well, that no one is able to find it. Support doesn't exist and if you want to cancel subscription, your only way is to block the card at your bank and issue a new one. SICK!

This will be leason for everyone, if someone offer something too good to be true, there is scam in that. we all falled for low price of discounted cupon, and now have to block our credit card, and even then not sure will be safe from reelmind.ai.

I cannot recommend this service. For unknown reasons, the platform consumed a large amount of my credits without any justification. I truly hope it was just a technical bug, but the worst part is the complete lack of customer service. I contacted them to resolve the issue, and they didn't even deign to reply. Those credits were worth a lot to me. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere.

I paid for one month. Video generations failed both times. I definitely do not recommend you sign up.

Fraud. No way to cancel subscription.No response from support. Had to block bank cards to stop charges and stiil not sure I'm safe.

I try to write reviews or open a topic on Reddit, but everything gets deleted. They should be cancelled.

Not only are they snowflakes who will censor things easily even if you were able to generate a few amazing videos at first, they will suddenly cut you off. They also make it extremely unclear if NSFW is okay or not... I swear I saw it say NSFW IS OKAY but it is heavily monitored... almost like there's an AI generated web page claiming it is okay to draw suckers like myself in. By the way, you can't unsubscribe from them, and you have to basically call your bank for fraud. Stay AWAY from Reelmind!

FRAUD ALERT - Their contact page requires login, no way to reset password, they just keep charging credit card. I had to cancel the card. Now I get emails about how they can't bill me against my will, and I have a nice chuckle. SCAMMY MCSCAM!

I bought credits for 3.60 then they charged me 9.06 a few weeks later despite me emailing them to cancel any subscription - there is no where on my account platform to cancel or even see memberships / subscription or billing. No response when I tried to contact them. I now have to block them with my credit card service - very bad experience and not honest company

I have never had an active subscription with these but they insist on trying take payments from my account - This company needs investigating !!

bad ai for generating videos. taking a membership is not enought, the more complicated the task is, the more token are taken away. in the end you must go buy more tokens just for a simple video.
even worse cannot cancel subscription.

0 stars would be better. When staring to create a video, it breaks down and your credits is lost. No refund. What can you expect from a company in that country.

this company stopped providing services, and has charged my credit card 2x now, after i have asked, and they gave said it was cancelled. there is now no response at all to any messages sent. they have stolen over $200 can. provided no services, and no response. this co. is a total scam. if there was an option of less than 1 star, i would use it

Scammers. You can't cancel your subscription and they wont answer your requests. Been stuck for a couple months now trying to cancel, but looks like my only option is to block my card.

When I first signed up for Reelmind.ai (Xienx Inc.) in September 2025, the platform worked very well and I was satisfied with the service. During the introductory discount period ($3.60 for the first month), I had no issues and the video generation features performed as expected.

After the subscription renewed at the regular price ($12/month), I began experiencing consistent problems. All video animation generations started failing across multiple engines, with the system repeatedly stating that uploaded images violated the platform’s terms, even when using very simple images. Because of this, I was unable to use the main features included in my subscription.

I also noticed confusion regarding subscription information shown in my account dashboard. The interface displayed the plan as expiring on the upcoming billing date, which made it unclear whether the subscription would renew automatically.

When attempting to reach out to this merchant to either of their contact methods (contact form or the contact email address) they never respond.

When I attempted to cancel my subscription, I could not locate a clear cancellation option within the account settings, which made the process difficult and frustrating. As a result, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute charges for a service I was unable to use.

Another important point for other users: simply replacing a credit card may not always stop recurring subscription charges, since this merchant like many others use automatic card-updating services that continue billing authorized subscriptions unless the merchant itself is blocked through the card issuer or Stripe. You may be able to cancel via Stripe or Link websites if you can successfully login and find the transaction. However, if you believe you signed up through Stripe using a specific email account or phone# and you are unable to sign in via that email address or phone# as a recognized account it could mean that you were activated through some backdoor activated process if you get stripe email payment billed notifications. I have made Stripe aware of this confusion as we should expect clearly recognized activation emails was sent even if they sent text message via Link where that merchant transaction could not found.

My recommendation:
If you encounter similar billing issues, contact your card issuer directly and request that they formally block recurring charges from the merchant rather than relying only on refunds or card replacement. They may say initially that they can't block a merchant. Inform them that you wish to speak with someone in the dispute resolution department and wish to make a "formal complaint" to stop this unwanted charge from re-occurring. It simply can't be stopped any other way (besides completely and permanently closing the credit card account) for the reasons stated above.

Overall, my experience started positively during the discounted trial period but after a month became frustratingly unusable due to service failures, subscription management difficulties and lack responses via their contact form/email. I hope the company improves transparency around billing and provides clearer cancellation options for customers.
