The absolute worst, these guys and all sister companies are pure con artists. Games are ass and don't ever pay, probably rigged knowing these horrible people. Stay away cause they will steal your money for sure.

14 days they can't verify my account. .. sorry if from first days of launch you treat players like that, then I am out.

kyc issues

I use the same working documents and many other gaming sites. reelzappy used auto capture and failed both times. then locked attempts at uploading and trying again after it caused its own failures.
this is where a good gaming site would step in and manually help.
instead I was met with notice of escalation and no progress for 3 days now. I would not recommend this site. poor customer service and slow redemption times. that is if I even get it

update: my 'case' is still escalated...2 days later

update: day 8. verification failed finally... and 8 days to get a reset to re verify. today uploads passed but these guys are not rushing to get your kyc done. don't play here if you want fast redemptions. it'll be another 3-7 before I can even request a redemption. started my first email saying, I didn't like the verification process and I know it'll be 30 days to get my measly hundred. my prediction seems to be on point

I was playing on one of their sister sites and received a pop up invite to join Reel Zappy. So of course I signed up. We'll I hit for over a thousand and went to the redeem section... and this is where we are at:
Me to support "Why would i be sent an invite from one of your sister sites then have your site allow me to create an account, purchase coins and then after the fact bring it to my attention that I am unable to redeem and tell me it is illegal in my area? Wouldn't that mean you should not have allowed me to make a purchase in the first place? Please void my transaction and have my money refunded, as you never had the intention of allowing me to redeem I feel I was invited to your site and led to make a purchase under the implication of false pretenses. I should have never been invited to play on your site or allowed to make a purchase on your site if it was not legal. I hope me bringing this request to you helps you to better serve your guests in the future and prevent further complications with unsatisfied parishioners. Thank you."
So we shall see how that goes. Although it may not have been done with intent, I feel like I was lured in by the site that I was legally playing in and kinda got the old bate and switch played on me. Hopefully they do the responsible thing and make what in all appearances seems to be just a mistake right. I feel like anyone who this happened to would feel pretty betrayed and tricked . So please be ware of this, so it doesn't happen to you. Will update when I receive a response from customer service. ***Update #1, Not only did they completely ignore my request for a refund, they asked for more details like they didn't know who I was, after already being in email contact with me. They already had my account open and verified, allowed my purchase, but then comeback after I want to redeem and tell me they can't go through with my account verification, come on... Do better! You guys who scam people out of simple transactions like this are the whole reason all decent sites catch the bad wrap. So disappointed to have you be the first to play me and rip me off, but glad for a platform to be able to at least hold you somewhat accountable!.***
And to all considering this site, they don't deserve your money, plenty of stand up sites out there. I'll stick with Crown Coin and Wow Vegas. Never had a problem with them!!!

They are an awesome gaming platform , super helpful, and fast verification process , my with drawl was approved super fast now I am just waiting on the funds to hit my account . From the verification to the approval it may have been three days tops . I will let yall know how long it takes my funds to show up . As of right now they are ahead of the game .
