I deposited about $100 last week. None of the games were working. Okay, never mind, I’ll withdraw. I have been waiting on a $100 withdrawal for almost a full week at this point. They took my deposit in seconds and it will be over a week to get it back. I have emailed numerous times, which for some reason is the only way to contact them, and have received exactly zero response. Horrible customer service, ridiculous withdrawal experience.

Scam site i deposited money on June 18, 2026, and i still can’t use it nor withdraw. I emailed support center and they told me they were having payment issues that by June 22, 2026 I should be able to play or withdraw my money, they were wrong. I emailed them various times now after the first email and I haven’t heard back from them

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Reez.io.
I requested a withdrawal and after waiting for a long time with no progress, I contacted support. Their solution was to cancel the withdrawal request and create a new one. I followed their instructions exactly, cancelled the original withdrawal, submitted a new request, and once again the withdrawal remained pending with no meaningful update.
At this point, I have been waiting for weeks without receiving my funds. Support responses are generic and do not provide any clear timeframe or explanation for the delay.
I understand that verification and security checks may be necessary, but keeping customer withdrawals pending for such a long period while providing no concrete information is unacceptable.
I hope Reez.io will finally process my withdrawal and improve its communication with customers facing similar issues.

Love this site. I just ran into a problem. I deposited many times here and have never had an issue.  made a deposit last night and no games at are working.  Can’t figure out how to live chat with them cause they say it’s available 24 seven and I’ve emailed them twice. I’m getting a little frustrated.

Listen there are better no-KYC casinos out there. But this one is beyond predatory. It took them like 2 weeks to restrict my account after dozens of emails asking them to deactivate me.

They also said I will be refunded for purchases made after my initial exclusion request. But even though they say that, they never reply to emails and seemingly have ghosted me. If they continue to not work with me, I will just start the dispute process w my bank to get my money back. It’d be much easier to work it out with them tho…

I will update if they ever resolve this.

Their reply is total cap. If someone is trying to restrict their account for gambling, it DOES NOT BENEFIT THEM TO HAVE A 2 WEEK REVIEW PERIOD. Why can’t it be instant? Why does my exclusion have to be reviewed?

So far it’s been fun. I haven’t won anything to actually cash out on, but the choice of games and platform are great.

So far, honestly, I love the games and the layout. My biggest issue, and maybe because I am a dumb dumb head, but it's trying to deposit money for regular play.
I did the new player %100 deposit bonus expecting that I could play whatever games I wanted. My surprise... nope you have to play it in the bonus casino area, and the funds do not transfer to normal play. At least if they do, I have not been able to figure it out myself; so I have sent 3 messages to support, and to this day, still no response.
I see everyone on here saying they are quick to respond and very helpful, but hey, maybe I am just not that important enough to get an answer.
Their Telegram site you cannot send messages, I haven't seen any information regarding discord or any other place I can get some support.
But yeah, hey, they got a lot of great games and providers!
Deposit issue has been resolved.
NOW, MY BIGGEST ISSUE... not being able to play at all because of "Internal Server Error" which has been going on now for almost 3 days. I have messaged support with a response that they are working on it, and for my troubles (since I had just made a deposit) they would compensate me 25% when it is fixed... WHEN?
I have also had issues with a particular provider, Hacksaw, which IS allowed in my state, that some games work and others tell me that "This game is not available in your country"... even though I have played that game on other sites without issues. Have not got an answer on that one yet. I guess I just have to wait for "when" the site gets fixed. And depending on that, I will revise my rating accordingly.

Absolutely crap! How the hell it gets all these positive reviews will remain a complete mystery to me. Disastrous payout and dubious provider. Unplayable bonus (only on instant play) added as soon as I indicated my wish to close my account.
I closed my account with the bonus inside.

I instantly fell in love with this one here. I have won several times and have cashed out. But the best part is support, I had deposited crypto but I guess it was too small of an amount for it to deposit , when I contacted support they gifted me 2 sc which was more than I tried to pay. They definitely didn’t have to but they did 10/10 recommend Rees

This response from them are is only half true! If i could post a picture i surely would do so...a wheel of "chance" doesn't land on 0, 10 times in a row! And compensation wasnt just for that! And they have blocked me from their social media pages and from sending emails so its impossible to contact them for any help this place is shady just stay away!!!!

UPDATE... since leaving this great review I've encountered nothing but issues and customer service is a joke no response at all!! Daily wheel lands on 0 every single time now(Twice a day)! Not sure what happened but save urself the headache and play somewhere else there are so many better places that value their player's!!

My experience so far has been ok im still unclear about how the bonuses works and what all initials of the bonus and also the amount shown isn't what u actually get. And quite often I wasn't able to get the freeway that was offered by a couple promoted offers but for a new site I have enjoyed it.
