The $7.99 charge for this app is ONE ai hairstyle, not the multiple try-it-on hairstyles as advertised. The ads are completely misleading.

Very dishonest company, it's a complete scam. You think it's a one time charge, nowhere does it indicate that it is an ongoing subscription where they then charge you $19.99 per week. Customer service non-existent. Had to file a dispute through PayPal. Don't make the mistake that I did.

They took a lot of payments and then didn’t deliver most of edits. Terrible experience. It’s a scam.

This company is appalling - they have taken large payments which I had no idea were being charged as I thought I had cancelled. Very underhand. DO NOT SIGN UP YOU WILL REGRET IT

I tried to message them to cancel my subscription, they charged my account three times in a month, I finally had to block them at my bank, do not use this site they make it impossible to cancel this subscription!!!

I’m honestly obsessed with this app. It makes swapping your face into videos so easy, and the results actually look real. It’s a lot of fun to send the clips to friends to give them a laugh.

When I need to fix my hair or adjust my complexion, this app is a godsend. Super easy to use👍

Used it for hairstyles stayed for the other stuff. Really love how many different things you can do in this app. Generated different images of me and my family. Loved the videos too!

I downloaded Reface just for fun, but it turned out to be way more entertaining than I expected. The face swaps look surprisingly realistic. What I like most is how smooth everything runs and how many different templates there are to try.
Overall, a super fun app that actually delivers on what it promises.

I really enjoyed using the Reface app and had a lot of fun experimenting with it. It’s very easy to use, and the results are often surprisingly good and entertaining. I liked being able to try different looks and see quick transformations of my photos. I personally found the app enjoyable and fun to play around with.

I have been unable to contact Reface, to stop recurring payments of $19.99 and close account. I have tried on several occasions.

Jake from Reface has just replied to my email request to refund a payment I wasn't expecting. It was within 5 minutes, and I'm getting the £49.99 refunded. I'm very surprised at the great customer service, considering the bad reviews and my feeling I might be fobbed off, but no. Obviously I've still yet to get the refund, but as it stands I'm happy to have been heard and acknowledged.

Same experience as many others have had. It is advertised as a one-time fee of $7.99 without any mention of a subscription. One week later they are charging your credit card $19.99 each week! I paid for it using my Apple Pay but it was not in my list of Apple subscriptions so there was no way to cancel it. They said I must have subscribed on their website but I was never on their website. I wrote emails back and forth with them for over a week but it became clear they had no interest or intention to refund me or cancel my supposed subscription. I found out later that there is a lot of bad press like this about them online. Even on their own App, but they hide those most recent reviews at the bottom of the list, showing reviews from 5 years ago when maybe they were a good honest company. They definitely can no longer be trusted. I had to cancel my credit card because of them! I wasted so much time and energy trying to get my money back. I am reporting them where ever I can. This is a despicable company. I hope they go out of business because that is what they deserve.

MASSIVE SCAM
I bought a once off purchase for $6.99 and the company keeps taking money from my account, now added up to an additional $130 in less then 2 month. I contacted my bank and told them the charges are illegal so they recommended to changed my card details to prevent further unlawful deduction only to find out today that Reface made a tokenised version of my card which I can not block! Biggest scammers out there DO NOT use them.

I finally figured out how to cancel this scam! Go to the reface app, click on your profile near the bottom of the screen. Scroll down you’ll see subscriptions - you can cancel from there.

Excellent! I use this App every day (have done for Years).
Although you can use the free version just a one off Lifetime payment gives you unlimited full access.
Well worth it!!

I downloaded this app expecting to use it just once, as there was absolutely no clear information about it being a subscription service. The initial payment seemed like a one-time fee, and only after completing it did I discover there would be ongoing charges. That lack of transparency is very misleading. I cancelled the subscription within a few minutes of the initial purchase. Despite this, I have been charged $21.99 seven days later.

On top of that, the overall experience was disappointing. The hairstyles presented were poorly designed and didn’t look realistic or well-executed, so I didn’t enjoy using the app at all.

Overall, it is deceptive and complete waste of money.

downloaded to see what i would look like with different styles, next thing i know, bundles of money kept getting removed from my account. first sets of $11 and then a few $20+ charges, and finally one $57 charge.
