Hi Marcin,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt the product received did not fully match the images shown.
Personalised items are non-returnable, as they are made specifically for each customer, but we always aim to make this clear upon purchasing i.e. on the product description.
Best Wishes,

Hi Mick,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we’re pleased to hear ordering was easy and delivery was quick.
We’re really sorry to hear there was an issue with the zip on the shorts pocket after such little use. As soon as we became aware of the problem, we got in touch straight away, and we’re glad we’ve now been able to get a replacement pair delivered to you, along with a few A&H goodies as a gesture of goodwill.
Things like this are rare, but when they do happen, putting them right properly is the most important thing to us. Thanks again for giving us the chance to sort it for you.
