REGISTRATION

Scam company that sends out fake "this is not a bill" company registration. Do not pay them anything! I can't believe this business practice is not illegal.

What a bunch of scammers. Do not pay them anything.

Literal Scam, so much more expensive than just re-applying through ASIC. They send you mail saying your business name is due for re-application soon - it's extremely misleading, they say they will give you an early registration discount and make it sound all well and good, while caught up in the day to day you don't really have time to sit through pages of the terms so when you cancel they take a $50 admin fee.

They claim that they make it easier and file all the documentation but it's literally just an ABN/ACN renewal.

At least 3x more expensive than just applying through ASIC.

Misleading, deceitful and misrepresentive boarding on being SCAM company.
Contact your accountant DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY.

Pray on vulnerable or misinformed.

I received a renewal letter for my business name. I was suspicious when i saw the web listing and asked my accountant who advised me that anyone can obtain the expiry dates of company names from ASIC and they then send this letter out to obtain money. ASIC will send their own renewal notices out and it cost far less (if you pay on time). Please disregard this company.

This is a scam company. They have misleading information in the notice they send you, and operate on fear tactics. Save your money, go through ASIC for your company review or speak to an accountant.

Completely fraudulent. They send a letter saying you risk 'losing your company name' and 'domain name, emails and insurance' if you don't renew. This is an outright lie. There is not a 'company name' - when you established your company with ASIC, you registered your company as a legal entity. The legal entity name belongs to the shareholders as long as it remains registered with ASIC via filing annual returns. The 'company name' has nothing to do with your domain name, or your emails - these are managed entirely seperately. Their website claims to be an 'ASIC Registered Agent' - this is a lie. Go to the ASIC professional registers and type in their claimed agent number 45838. It doesn't exist in the register. Type in their company name - Registration Pty Ltd. It doesn't exist. THIS IS A SCAM.

ASIC needs to investigate this company for fraud.

Put this shameful letter from reg.com.au in the bin. Go to your ASIC portal and check that your registration is up to date. Pay your fees directly to ASIC and you're all good.

Doesn't matter how official these guys seem to be, if you have a business and need to renew the name/ACN each year or three years, DON'T USE PSP's (private service providers). These PSP's send out physical mail making it seem like the renewal is legit, but the problem is that they're not allowed to send renewals more than two months in advance of when the renewal period begins (ASIC's rule, read up on it). Not only are you getting absolutely wallet-raped, these guys have no business scraping the ASIC website for your details to harrass you with fake invoice-like physical media, into deceptive tactics which make the unwary believe they have to pay to this unknown entity.
My business isn't due for renewal until September, and this is May. I've received 3 of these from different sources in the mail so far, and I'm expecting more to come out of the woodwork until I've renewed my business MYSELF.
Don't be sheep, wake up folks! This is unsolicited and harrassing behaviour and ASIC are letting them get away with it.

I'm glad I came here as it seemed like an official bill. I'd never seen anything like it before and therefore was hesitant.
The fanciest scam junk mail I've ever seen.

Absolute scam, agree with others here they should be prosecuted

Actually worse than other scam registration companies lol. They don't even let you contact them to ask what they even do, this is just another "third party ASIC registered agent" AKA, a company that does the same thing you would do with ASIC, but for no reason and for more $, under the guise of helping. Disgraceful, and unethical, to think that young new business owners elderly would be tricked into taking this route.

Absolute scam. Unsolicited mail sent encouraging renewal of business name at twice the price of standard ASIC renewal. Steer clear. Just another of many business name renewal scam companies.

Scam third party company.

Scam company sending spam letters and contact seeking to make money off registrations you can do yourself without their interference.

The business should be shut down immediately.

I would give this company 0 if I could. They con people to think they are ASIC. You pay the invoice they send in the mail believing you are renewing your business name with ASIC. These types of tactics are fraudulent and when you realise the mistake you made they refuse to refund the entirety of the fees paid. So bad and shame on them. This is a common tactic and other companies do the same thing. Shame on you!!!

Scam company, pretending to be official. They put threats of fines in their letter.

I can't believe ASIC let these scammers operate in Australia. Taking advantage of business owners often too busy to notice it's not official.

If you look at their 5 star reviews on Trustpilot, they are also fake. The reviews are from US, GB and other countries with AI generated gibberish. None of them would have renewed a business name in Australia.

Scam company that pretends to be ASIC by emailing and mailing prior to your renewal dates and charging huge fees. No customer service, very dishonest business. Stay away at all costs.

Total scam, they send you a letter in the mail and attempt to charge an massive fee to keep your business registered.

ASIC is where you renew at fraction of the cost.

The 'business name renewal' letters you receive from these companies are a scam. Wait for the official ASIC renewable letter and save your money.

Scam -Year after year - Mailing demand registration fees for domains that they no business dealing with. I find now, that Trustpilot is allowing this company to try and extract more information from me, in order to allow them either delete this true review or allow the company attain more data to continue false payment claims.
