I hadn’t planned to get into investing, to be honest. It all seemed either too risky or too complicated. But then I saw a video about motor winding technology and came across SOLARGROUP. I decided to give it a try—started with the bare minimum, purely out of interest. What I liked is that they do not require large upfront investments and give you time to get to grips with everything. The platform is not perfectly user-friendly—in places it is confusing—but everything is manageable: support genuinely helps, with no autoresponders or bots. It is very interesting to follow the motor project. You can see it is making progress. The design bureau has already been built, they post videos from the construction site, and they publish reports. That inspires confidence. I was also pleased that funds can be withdrawn in various ways, without having to switch between banks. At the same time, I am looking into airships as well—the idea is certainly unusual, but in times like these such unconventional solutions could well succeed. Overall, it feels like they are working on real developments rather than merely moving money around. Let me put it this way: this is not a “magic button,” but a platform for those who are ready to think and take part in something bigger. So far, I’m satisfied. I hope it will only get better from here.

I came across SOLARGROUP purely by chance: various projects were being discussed in a chat, and what caught my attention was that this wasn’t just numbers but real development work. At first I was skeptical and decided just to read up on it. In the end I registered, looked through my account dashboard, and gradually figured things out. I invested a small amount to understand how everything works. I liked that there are updates on the projects and you can see progress; it doesn’t feel like “the money went somewhere and then silence.” For now I’m watching, but my overall impression is positive.

I am writing to formally request an investigation into the activities of ООО "Sovelmash" (OGRN 1177746585378), registered in Moscow, Russian Federation, and its co-founder COMPANY SOLAR GROUP LIMITED (registered in Vanuatu, No. 15043).

I invested in the project “Duyunov’s Motors” through SOLAR GROUP LIMITED approximately 6–7 years ago under an investment agreement related to shares in the engineering company "Sovelmash." According to the project’s public materials, investments were collected globally for the construction of a Design & Engineering (D&E) center and further commercial operations.

Despite repeated written requests and follow-ups, I have not received a clear timeline regarding dividends, share conversion, or refund of my invested funds. There has been no transparent financial reporting provided to me that would justify the delay or confirm the current status of my investment.

Given that:

ООО "Sovelmash" is officially registered in the Russian Federation (OGRN 1177746585378);

Funds were raised internationally through an offshore entity (Vanuatu);

Investors were promised future dividends and share growth;

Significant time (over 6 years) has passed without returns or clear accountability;

I respectfully request that the competent authorities:

Verify the legality and transparency of the investment structure between ООО "Sovelmash" and COMPANY SOLAR GROUP LIMITED.

Examine whether investor funds were used in accordance with declared objectives.

Confirm compliance with Russian tax, corporate, and securities legislation.

Inform investors about their legal rights and possible remedies.

I am prepared to provide copies of my investment agreement, payment confirmations, correspondence records, and other supporting documents upon request.

I kindly request acknowledgment of this complaint and information regarding further steps.

Solargroup steht fest auf den Beinen mit allen nötigen Juristischen Lizenzen als ein neues Unternehmen auf dem Markt.

Au début j'avais pas cru au projet mais avec le temps j'ai compris réellement le projet et dès lors j'investis dans ce projet de mon argent de mon temps et ma prière.
Le projet est le bien venu dans ma vie et je remercie de grand DIEU pour l'opportunité accordé. SOLARGROUP est une bénédiction pour ceux qui ont compris.
Je ne sais même pas de quelle solargroup les autres négatif parlent je suis sur que c'est pas solargroup.pro si c'est le cas c'est qu'il ont un autres problème.

J’ai travaillé en tant que commercial chez eux.
Il ne paie pas leur collaborateurs, et je suis pas le seul dans ce cas dans cette boite! Ils ne savent que encaisser l’argent.
Pour ma part cela fait 6 mois qu’ils me trouvent des excusent.. j’ai les preuves des conversations avec le patron! Du coup comme ses mensonges, mensonges et mensonges.. j’ai bloqué leur numéros au moins j’aurai plus de mensonges. Ah oui la société est en vente aussi donc réfléchissez a 6 fois avant de signer des bons de commandes avec eux.. ou de reprendre la société!

Very good concept for environment and investor future to money goal

2ème expérience en cours .
La première c'est terminée par l'abandon de leur expert qui de lui même a fait prendre en charge toute les réparations dûes aux malfaçons de l'installation .
La deuxième en cours :
Panneaux ne produisent plus depuis le 28/10/2023 après maintes appels je reçois le 13/11/2023 un devis d'audit avant intervention dont je dois payer 50% à l'avance .Devant le silence du servicxe technique le 23/11/2023 je demande le remboursement de mon accompte ayant trouvé une entreprise sérieuse qui s'occupe de la remise en état de mon installation .Inutile de dire que malgré mes mails et mes appels je ne tiens pas ce remboursement .
Conclusion : Société vraiment pas sérieuse ,Sav inexistant et pitoyable .A EVITE surtout avec les aides d'Etat ce genres d'entreprises prolifèrent.

Très mauvaise entreprise vous pouvez aller voir mon commentaire sur Google ( solar-group) au nom de debudt annick et d autre commentaires d autre clients insatisfait !! Nous sommes en litige avec avocat mise en demeure signifié par un huissier

this is fraudulent scheme. don't put the money in. they will never go back to you. I put 5000$ and, when I asked about IPO, they took me out of the telegram group.
