I like this domain website. If I have a question, I ask the online chat and get an answer the same day, even on weekends. No issues with them.

I only have two domains, so I don't require many features from the service. All I needs is for it to work properly. Automatic renewals are covered by my account balance, which is convient because I always ensure that I have enough money in my account to cover these expenses.

Definitely can recommend them on a second evaluation of my experience.

My only remaining suggestion is to make it clear in the help or contact information that you may need review your browser's cookie settings/scriptblocker settings to be able to use the live chat, as this may not always be clear if you don't know.

For what service and responsiveness accounts, they do deserve an absolute set of thumbs up, as they do have a swift service over chat, comparable to some of the other big players.

cannot recommend for automated domain acquisition.

I wanted regery to automatically register a domain for me once it runs out. At first they had some good excuses, but after 2 months they just refunded my payment even tho the domain was available the whole time.
If the domain in question would be more popular, their bad service could have literally caused thousands of dollars in damage.

Great customer support and great domain registration experience. I'm using their hosting for quite a long time already, more than 4 years in a row and had no significant issues. Recently had a minor question about my ssl certificate, the support was instantly fast and kind, the question resolved in minutes. Would like to wish the company to keep going!

I paid this Ukraine based company online for the purchase of domain names with a new/previously unused credit card. Less than 1 day later, my credit card company inform me that various transactions (for the purchase of goods) were attempted from various IP addresses in the Ukraine. Coincidence?! This company then email me demanding pictures of all my credit cards and paper statements from the said credit cards. They then 'locked' all my domain names and informed me that they would not allow me to move/transfer any of my domain names or renew any services UNLESS I send them the pictures they demanded. I contacted my domain name registrar and informed them of this company's suspicious 'demands' and they were able to help me unlock my domain names and move/transfer all of them away from this company. Buyers please be aware of giving this company any credit card details, the outcome will likely be the same as my bad experience.

Never buy from them all they need iis your money before buying they tell you that the domain will be activated within maximum 24 hours . now i'm waiting for 3 days .they say the problem is from registry . and when asking for a refund , they say registry we wait the registry .

Excellent support work, they answer quickly, help to understand everything, have no complaints. Websites stand, hosting works, SSL certificates work well!
